“Hotel is rather 3 star than 5. The rooms and bathrooms aren’t clean … dirty towers and bedsheets arent changed as expected. Asked for a super king bed at the booking and later via the chat but instead we got two single… that weren’t too comfortable either. The staff was excellent and I would not say a bad word.. same as the ammenities at the site were really good. Really nice stay but would pick a different hotel next time.”

“Buen Family Resort, aunque era Solo Travel. Los cuartos limpios todos los días excelente servicio. Desde la entrada hasta la salida el equipo de trabajo muy amable, atento y profesional. Buen buffet desde desayuno hasta cena.. lo recomiendo para Familias no para Solo Travel. Lo unico que no me gustó fue que el Resort no cambia USA dollars porque no tienen muchos visitantes de USA .lo veo injusto todo cliente debería ser tratado igual no importa de donde venga. Tuve ir en un taxi hacia Puerto……

Le personnel de ménage très sympathique les chambres étaient très propre merci à toutes ces personnes qui font que notre séjour soit très agréable Les animateurs vraiment exceptionnel gentil et très agréable ainsi que leurs spectacles digne de vrais professionnels nous ont éblouis notre séjour tous les soirs de la semaine au top!!! “The resort was lovely, with lots of amenities and everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and having a coffee machine and kettle made our mornings that little bit easier. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a huge variety of delicious options to choose from. “Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Die Küche war allerdings relativ schlecht ausgestattet. Da wir selbst kochen wollten, haben uns zum Beispiel eine zweite Pfanne und ein normales Küchenmesser gefehlt. Es gibt drei Pools, allerdings waren alle drei hauptsächlich von Kindern genutzt. Es wäre schön, wenn zumindest einer der Pools ausschließlich für Erwachsene wäre, sodass man in Ruhe schwimmen und entspannen kann. Die Lage finde ich gut. Das Meer ist zu Fuß nicht weit entfernt und……
