"I did not get the information at 4pm. After a day of traveling and arriving with my family for a funeral at 7:30pm. I reached out to VRBO and the owner, VRBO automotive system hung up on me and the owner did not respond to my message but emailed only when I did not have WiFi (for I was standing in the apartment building). I ended up getting a hotel rooms for my family and no one is refunding me the money for this apartment! Very disappointed and frustrated especially being 3 days before...

"overall it was okay. the host was generally communicative and helpful. biggest complaint is that the provided towels were folded up WET. unsure if they had been washed or just folded after use but they were damp. the walls were also very thin, which was communicated in the listing! just more noise than we had anticipated, especially late into the night/early in the morning.
