“The room was extremely hot. The staff was terrible and pushed back our check-in time 1 hour and 30 minutes. I am pretty sure they are running an illegal operation here and would not recommend.”

“No tuvimos agua caliente ningún dia, en ningún momento del día. Elegimos la habitación con balcón pero no abría la ventana para salir, hicimos el reclamo correspondiente, nos ijeron que iban a venir a solucionarlo y nunca sucedió. Es un apartamento, con cama catre y muy poco equipado, por el precio hay opciones mejores en Madrid.”
