Great for one night, location brilliant, room clean, the aircon wasn’t the best but it was tolerable. Staff were friendly, easy check in process and parking was convenient and cheap. Very friendly staff, good location

The staff is every time super friendly. The hotel is not super new anymore, but the price is very good. The location is close to the city center and the station. Parking is even free. So all in all a very good choice for Como. Breakfast is also good.

Pokey, poorly maintained and in need of an upgrade

I was disappointed. The room, its proportions, the shower all of it was way more basic and depressing than I was expecting even for a budget hotel. The best bit was the breakfast offer served in a bright room. Had a way better stay in a boutique style hotel for less money a few days later in the centre of Milan so won't be staying in Como again next time I want to take a train to the lake.

The bed was comfortable. Check in was easy. The room was quite warm and I was told not to touch the thermostat or it could go off completely. I’m not sure why, but there were shavings either from drilling a hole, or from paint on the floor by a door. This is a budget hotel, and for the price it fit our needs.
