"Staff amazing we arrived after 830pm and she was very helpfully. The check in was a breeze ! Nothing too much trouble letting us all pay individually and sorting invoice for work. Unfortunately the restaurant was fully booked but the hotel did advise me, my only comment would be though that there was no kettle to allow you to make a drink in your room which was disappointing especially when you was not dining in the restaurant, it would be sensible to offer one even if not in each room"
