「Overall very lovely, easy stay. Easy check in, quiet neighborhood and safe to walk. Not particularly close to that many non-fast food restaurants but if you’re willing to drive 15-20 min there’s plenty nearby. The house itself was very clean and sweetly decorated. The beds were soft but not particularly comfortable and were very loud every time you shifted positions (bed was creaky and comforter was crinkly). 「I am so grateful for this host. She was compassionate, I booked because I have an 80 year old looking for a walk in shower. It had two steps we struggled with in the front but the place was clean and had great attention to detail. The mattress was incredibly comfortable for my mom and was the perfect height. Parking was a bit challenging but reasonable for someone that can walk at a normal pace. Would stay here again for sure. 」

「Perfect location for what we were trying to do on our trip. Walked everywhere, lots of places to eat, shop, visit and explore. The building is secure and the attendants are keeping an eye out for your safety…since homeless people are everywhere downtown…no matter how far you stay from skidrow. The rooftop was great. The loft was clean and very spacious. The host and owner were both very friendly. I would say my only complaint is the parking situation but that’s to be expected in a large downtown...

「Fit our needs perfectly. Our son graduated from LMU and this property was convenient and spacious for our family. Jenny was helpful, friendly and available to answer any questions that came up. The hot tub and pool were an added bonus. Recommended!」

「We had a wonderful time here for a quick birthday getaway! The loft was spotless and very comfortable, check in and security were great and the area was very walkable. Would definitely recommend!」

「We chose this property due to its proximity to Disney and it did not disappoint. Our family of 5 had plenty of space and the accommodations were comfortable. It took us 20-25 minutes to reach the entrance to Disneyland and California Adventure. The property was very clean, but could use new carpet and the paint could be touched up in some areas. The process from booking to check out was very easy. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!」
