Every time we come back to the Royal, it never ceases to disappoint. The staff are the people who make this such a special and charming hotel. Lovely house. Pool was far too cold to go in both nights we were there. Jacuzzi was working first night which was good but wasn’t available 2nd night. Limited hot water in the house which wasn’t enough for 2 people to bath without waiting 20 minutes to reheat

Lovely new property - had everything you needed and very spacious. Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!).
