“The check in was smooth, however we did it at the site as they didn’t answer through Expedia. We rented the room because they said it had a king bed and a sofa bed and slept 5 people. We only had is a couple and our two sons, and the sofa bed wasn’t a proper sofa bed, it would only work if you were under 140 cm. I messaged when I was there and got no response. We have stayed at grand marina many times and booked with their agency. We will not book with this one again!”

“Good stay, actually extended it. Very private and clean with great communication with the host. Neighborhood is a little rough but I didn’t anything really dangerous. It is Colombia and normal. I would stay there again”

“Got to the place and the host was just contacting through Expedia where I don’t have notifications active instead of email or what’s app or a more mainstream channel, the check in process was so complicated, at first the link wasn’t working, when it was done the host told me it was too late and told me to get lost and find another place to stay, I had to explain I came w my girl and that we had no money left for another hotel and just then she bothered to do something, all she has to do from the……
