Traumhafter Blick, aber die Wohnung entspricht nicht dem Inserat

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer und amalfi. Leider ist die Küche mäßig ausgestattet, es gibt z.B. nur ein Rotweinglas und die Pfannen sind stark abgenutzt. Die Küche war insgesamt wenig gepflegt, es gab keine Geschirrtücher, die Kaffeekanne war noch voll Kaffeesatz vom Vormieter. Leider gibt es den, vom Inserat versprochenen Parkplatz nicht, das Auto kann entweder 150 Stufen entfernt für 30€ am Tag abgestellt werden oder im Dorf (fußläufig 30min) für 20€ am Tag. Kurz vor dem Aufenthalt wurde die Miete deutlich erhöht, leider zu einem Zeitpunkt zu dem keine anderen schönen Objekte verfügbar waren.

Nice view - complicated access, incorrect description

At the very beginning: The view of the bay is wonderful and the terrace very nice! Unfortunately, the description was not correct: not only is there no parking on the property, there is no parking nearby at all, but there is a parking 20 minutes above in the village with a delivery service. To get to the apartment you have to climb down 150 irregular steps from the Amalfitana. Impossible for people who find it difficult to climb stairs (my mother who traveled with us is 82 years old). The beach is near and very nice. Absolutely not correct was to increase the rental price by a third 10 days before our arriving day. The apartment is nice, but one toilet was non-functional and was not repaired even when asked. The equipment is incomplete (for example only one wine glass) and there is a manifest ant problem, which is fought with a lot of poison.

beautiful vacation home!

This home was perfect for an Amalfi coast vacation. We really enjoyed the location; Conca dei marini is much quieter and special than the other cities we visited like Amalfi and Positano. Beach and some good restaurants are just a short walk down some steps, and access to buses and ferries is close too. We had a rental car but didn’t use it because public transportation was easy to use. Overall we loved the serenity and views!

Amalfi Summer Holiday

The location was wonderful. There is a local beach steps away with 3 restaurants, beach chairs, and easy access boats to Amalfi, Positano, etc. The view from the porch was beautiful and the bedrooms are quite large. I will point out that there is no wifi and cell reception isn't perfect. So be prepared to disconnect. We really enjoyed our stay here.
