The room itself had a good design and the bed was comfortable. The room was run down. The pool was shut down by the health department. The elevator should be serviced. The staff said to “push the button hard” when wanting to go down. I rode down only once, the doors closed and we pushed the down button repeatedly before it engaged. I tried to open the doors and they wouldn’t open. The stairs were much safer. Lastly, “breakfast” consisted of 2 kinds of cereal, milk in a pitcher on the counter top, a couple mini bagels, and some sweet rolls wrapped in cellophane.. The staff were very friendly.

This was my first time using this service, so I was uncertain about many things, and I had lots of questions because i did not want to ever forget this day. The staff there was very attentive in reassuring me that all will go well for me, and it sure did. I appreciate each and every person that worked there.

I appreciate the fact that I'm able to do an early check in. The only downfall is that the only accessible ADA is always occupied when I've arrived early. And their only elevator is out of commission. I do not know how long it has not been in service though. Other than those minor issues that they been having, my stay with them has been good.

Needs to be updated. Not very clean, had to request clean bedding both times. Excellent customer service, but cleanliness is an issue. For that reason I would not recommend.

Antioch isn’t vacation destination;)

Friendly check in. Bedding was clean but furniture was old and dinged up. I was awoken a half dozen times by a PA system stating ‘you are trespassing. Please leave. This area is under video surveillance. You are being recorded’ but it’s Antioch and the east bay so I wasn’t surprised

Property needs a lot of maintenance. Blinds were broken, restroom door handle broken, unable to lock the restroom door, elevator button on 3rd floor doesn't work and looks like it's been broken for some time, etc. The staff was just ok, the lady who helped me with the check in, really helpful, the guy at check out was on his phone the whole time. Even though there's a lot of needed maintenance, the place was clean.

Although I was accommodated for a convenient room per my request, The room was not prepared for my stay. The soap dispenser was empty, there were no drinking glasses in the suite , no cup for. The coffee machine, and no hand towels. The check in clerk was very helpful.

Hi normally at Days in & Suites I stay at are all super clean nice and well put together this one one was not. The restroom didn’t have dispensing soap the shower was torn up the tile and rust as well as the covers seem ing dirty. The sit down chair was full of stains as well as the ceiling dirty with foot prints. The tv and I internet was not working well at all as well. The one good thing I was happy about was being on the bottom floor since the elevator was broken. I don’t normally really look at the reviews when it comes to Days in suites because all the ones I have stayed at previously were a 10 out of 10. Even the lobby restroom had no paper towels or soap. This stay had to be one of the worst stays I have had I will definitely not being going back to this one and double/ triple checking the reviews at each one possible moving forward

The staff was so friendly and helpful. I truly appreciated them helping me with my booking. However, I didn’t realize that this was more of a motel. In the lobby, a young lady had a full meltdown about someone taking her things such that she was screaming at the staff and threatening to burn the building down. I felt for the staff having to deal with it. I also felt for the young lady whose belongings went missing. Unsure what happened there. I finished my check in and went to my room. I immediately noticed the room was lightly swept but not mopped or any detail cleaning. There was dried up spot where someone spilled something near the kitchenette sink. There was a roach by the mini fridge, the pillow cases had dirt spots on them, the walls were unclean with damage, and the bed board was filthy as though no one has ever wiped it down. I wish I had just slept in my rental car. The walls are paper thin and the hallways smell of marijuana. I wouldn’t stay at this Hotel/Motel in antioch or anywhere again.

Very disappointed,the pics on here are fake or enlarge to make it look very nice .Pool is super small .got to my room #313 n tv wasn’t working wasted about an hr as I went back n forth with manager regarding room as he try to fix .House keeler told me to ask to change to #315 n manager say can’t cuz it’s all booked (lies) when I told him well I need this tv working by the time I come back tonight he told housekeeping to change me into #315 . Both rooms had 2 queen beds . Pillows on their website look like normal pillows but they ain’t they are the ones you have on your couch the small ones . One of the bed blankets were disgustingly dirty (i took pics ) so my son ended up sleeping in my bed . Never will I ever go here again . Also breakfast is a joke , all they have is tasteless coffee some bread that you can toast on an old toaster a apple n orange juice machine (orange juice side wasn’t working)n that’s it. Don’t get food by the pics . One last thing we got back around 1am n try entering through front main door n there has a sign saying we had to use side door on end of building. Btw elevator goes up but on 3rd floors it doesn’t work to go down .we had to take stairs .What a joke very frustrating
So call pillows are so freaking small feels like they just stuff the pillow cases with clothes lol

When Checking In as well as Checking Out we were satisfied. Employee in front office was friendly. Our room was not the greatest whatsoever. Before booking I made it a point to check all amenities, shower, bathtub, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Our overnight stay was last minute so these amenities were very much needed. When going to take a much-needed long bath I noticed there was no plug and the bath tub itself was under repair or should I see needed repair. There was no shampoo, no conditioner and no body soap. Needless to say I was very unhappy. There were also leftover hairs in the bathtub as well as the toilet and the floors look like they hadn't been swept in a while. And to top it off after dealing with all that, we couldn't even get a decent cup of coffee from the coffee maker.
