「The location is great for downtown entertainment. The unit was clean, instructions for check in and out easy, the owner very responsive. It is dog friendly and the sliding back door faces a walking area that is very convenient for taking the dogs out on walks without having to go around the building. Nice view of the river and hills!」

「Our stay was relaxing and great, and it's a wonderful little getaway. Would definitely come visit again.」

「Stayed in Lynchburg to watch minor league baseball. Was only 10 minutes away from field and 5 minutes away from shopping. Quiet neighborhood. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. The neighbor does have dogs that bark at your dog if you bring your dog. 」

「Grandma (me) and my three daughters and their families (12 of us) just spent a very special week here. The kids ranged from 4-15. We usually rent a beach home and decided to try something different. My grandchildren loved every moment spent there. We were there for seven days, and no one was ready to leave. We swam, and swam some more. They climbed trees, made smores, shot baskets and BB guns. We cooked out, and ordered food from the Chicken Coop (very good.) We put a giant family jigsaw puzzle...

「This property was perfectly situated just blocks away from the heart of downtown Lynchburg and the river/trails! It was decorated so cute with all the amenities needed for a cross country trip! We would definitely come back here!」

「A beautiful cottage about 10 minutes from LU. We had a great time in the pool after spending a 95 degree day walking around campus. Owners were super with comms and checkout was easy and quick. 」

「Very clean and convenient to LU. Host was very accommodating. 」

「Second time staying at the property and will definitely consider staying again if we are in town. We had an issue with a strong storm blowing down part of the fence and the HVAC cutting out. The host was very fast to respond and both issues were completely corrected within 12 hours, even though it was Easter Sunday! House is clean, location is central to everything and communication was clear. Highly recocomend!」
