Very cute and cozy place and convient to were we wanted to be. Didnt realize it was like a bed and breakfast though in the fact that you were sharing a house with strangers! However we were only there one night so it wasnt an issue at all. And one downside is right on railroad track so Very noisy, trains going by pretty often!

Stayed overnight after a trip to Fallingwater. The property is lovely and we wished we were staying more than one night. Breakfast was self serve in the beautiful kitchen with many options.

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The property is beautiful and maintained meticulously. The host was helpful and interesting to talk to. Breakfast was sufficient and fulfilling in spite of not including hot items. Great retreat for a weekend!

Rooms were clean, Private bath. Shared kitchen and living room which made for great company and the meeting of new friends. Met one couple at 7pm and chatted until after midnight. Not much in area for restaurants but you have use of the kitchen to reheat, cook or store food. Beautiful river on one side and the train line on the other. Ear plugs provided if you don't like the sounds of trains or you can watch the 103 cars go by. An interesting find with easy access after property provided breakfast to Falling Water.

Dan and Robin were amazing hosts. Breakfast included homemade bread and banana nut bread as welll as several breakfast choices. The house is on the lake and the landscaping is beautiful. We will definitely stay there if we’re ever near the area.

I personally found the bed too hard and the room quite claustrophobic with the temperature warmer than I like and no where to adjust the temp. The owner was very nice and hospitable.

The cottage was cozy with beautiful wood decor and furniture. The kitchen had everything you could need and breakfast had a plethora of delicious options. The grounds are so well kept. The owners are lovely folks and always available to help or answer any questions about the area. I would highly recommend Paddler's Lane Retreat to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Love this setting! We only stayed one night before going to Fallingwater the next day, but this setting was so beautiful. The town is cute as well, and we enjoyed the pints and provisions restaurant down the road. We want to come back!

From top to bottom, Pedlar's was excellent. Rustic rural setting along a fantastic trout stream. The house was very well maintained and furnished. The kitchen was very modern and well equipped. Our room was perfect. The bed was comfortable, we had a TV and the WiFi was fast. Our bathroom was clean and plentiful towels were furnished. Breakfast was ample. Dan was friendly and helpful. The stay could not have been better.

Very pet friendly. Beautiful setting. Train is close but nice to hear and see. This was first time in b&b. Breakfast was laid out. We brought sandwiches in for our lunch.
