We had a great stay! The house was perfect for a few people to stay, and was so nice to be so close to the river. Robin and Dan were very helpful with any questions we had about the property and the area.
Very nice place on the river. Very clean and nicely kept. Definitely would come back. The train is a little over baring but nothing that would keep me from coming back.
Very nice chalet in a lovely setting on the river.
Visited Fallingwater and stayed in the chalet for a single night. Unit was in very nice shape. Great setting on the river. Only negative was the nearby train tracks as the train did run a few times in the night. There was great communication from the host and we had a great stay.
Lovely chalet, perfect space with 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Lots of deck with potted flowers to enjoy along the river. Enjoyed our time very much!
The Chalet was in immaculate condition upon our arrival and the pictures were very accurate. The setting was very private and the sound of the river flowing so close was very relaxing. Robin provided excellent directions to Fallingwater and advice for dining options. The River's Edge Cafe was superb and visiting Fallingwater was very worthwhile. Our visit was very relaxing and enjoyable.
Everything well appointed and comfortable and clean. Nice to be right on the river. Train in back did not run during night. Did not disturb us. We would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay
We had a great time during our stay at Robin's chalet. The property worked great for the adults and children in our group. The kids loved the river behind the chalet and they enjoyed seeing the trains. The trains didn't really bother anyone in our group. We hope to visit again next year.
The chalet is so cozy! The fireplace is great. The location is perfect for visiting Ohiopyle or Confluence or Fallingwater etc. And the property itself is very beautiful (we arrived to 4 inches of new snow)! Would love to come back in the summer or fall.
From the moment we pulled down the driveway, I knew that this was going to be a beautiful getaway. The cabin was clean and welcoming. The view of the water couldn't be more spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.
Thank you!
Arrived for a short get away and found this place to be a nice retreat away from everyday life. It was just the perfect size for the two of us and we sat on the porch watching and listening to the river. When we arrived it was clean and very well organized with about everything you would need. Hated to leave.
Overall good. Showers were a lil small, and it was hard to maneuver a big truck out of the chalet parking but they have other parking spaces available.
Idyllic chalet with beautiful gentle river just out the back door and through the forest path. Dappled light coming through the trees. Easy summer breezes. Chipmunks aplenty. Firepit perfect for evening chats. Boys loved their first adventure casting from the rocks in “The Yak”.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paddlers Lane Chalet! The chalet was just as it was listed; clean, the kitchen had everything and the hospitality was top-notch. We adored the Pet Kit for our furry friend.... Treats & Toys! The view of the river was beautiful - we hope to make it back and enjoy the view in the summer!
Beautiful chalet, property & river view! Hats off to you Robin!!! Very clean & a warm cozy atmosphere. Nice fire pit over-looking the river. The grounds are well kept and maintained. My sons and I enjoyed the chalet and the area for our yearly get-a-way. Highly recommend Paddler's Lane river chalet to get-a-way from everything. Hope to be back again, soon!

Charming chalet - perfect family get away
Our family of 6 stayed in the Chalet and had a wonderful time. Robin and Dan were attentive and responsive and offered up great suggestions for the area. The loft space was perfect for two of our kids and made for more room for the rest of us in the two bedrooms. We had lots of adventures and loved being so close to the river.
Thank you for sharing your space with us!
The Beyers
The Riverside Chalet at Paddlers Lane provided everything we needed for a comfortable 3-night stay. We enjoyed the fireplace every evening and used the charcoal grill for several meals. We met Robin, the owner, and she is delightful. Our Boston Cavalier enjoyed the property and we were happy we could bring her. The fall foliage was at its peak and a drive to Ohiopyle and Fallingwater was beautiful this time of year. The only thing we might add is if you are sensitive to loud sounds, use the earplugs that are provided because the trains do roll through various times. The sound of the river is soothing to the soul if you are able to sit on the back deck as we did.
