The Carpe Diem Apartment, located in the centre of Conil de la Frontera, offers an excellent option to enjoy a holiday in southern Andalusia, just a few steps away from the best beaches and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The accommodation is fully equipped with all the necessary services so that guests do not have to worry during their stay. The apartment has a terrace on the third floor, ideal for enjoying breakfasts, reading, sunbathing, or relaxing at night. Additionally, it features a bedroom with a double bed, another with bunk beds, a living-dining room, a spacious kitchen, and a full bathroom.Conil de la Frontera is a picturesque Andalusian village known for its narrow streets and whitewashed houses, adorned with geraniums and flowerpots. Neighbours gather at night to enjoy the cool evening, and the coast offers a variety of beaches, from small and beautiful coves to extensive virgin beaches, perfect for disconnecting. This unique environment provides a relaxed and authentic atmosphere for those seeking to explore local culture and enjoy the natural beauty of the area.The established time for Check-In at the property will be from 15:00. Entry to the accommodation is done through a key box. We will provide the code the day before Check-In.

Not too bad...

Es gibt keine Heizung wie beschrieben, wie man diese als Mitteleuropärer kennt. Nur eine Klimaanlage mit Heizfunktion im Eingangsbereich für das kleine Wohnzimmer. Alle anderen Räume sind ohne Heizfunktion.Dann gab es in den sechs Wochen min. 40x Probleme mit dem Strom. Workaround: Alle Sicherungen deaktivieren, kurz warten, dann wieder einschalten. Oder immer nur ein Verbraucher nutzen, also Klimaanlage (mit Heizfunktion) einschalten oder Backoffen, oder Geschirrspüler, oder Waschmaschine, oder Dusche (E-Bolier). Da muss man viel Lüften, sonst gibt es schnell Schimmel....
