The two animals living on the property - the very patient and friendly female dog Pelusa and a small pony - ensure a good mood. The nearby seaside resort of Roche with its shopping and restaurants and the nearest sandy beach is 4 km and 8 minutes by car respectively.



A parking space is available outside in the property.
