「I booked for 5 nights and left after 1. Access to the suite is an issue that was not addressed in the listing. A rough walkway and a series of stairs with no handrail to get down to the basement door. Told the host the first morning I left and didn’t hear from him for several days. On the bright side the suite was clean.」

「The stone steps and wooden staircase to the front door are quite uneven, slanted and in poor repair. The driveway is uneven as well. We were 4 Seniors and found it quite difficult to enter/exit the building, particularly, with our luggage. The beds were comfortable. The overall property is tired and warn. The kitchen is fairly well equipped but could benefit from additional cutlery. We visit Sudbury regularly but will not rent this place again unless it goes through an upgrade.」
