“Very functional house on a quiet street walking distance from “The Avenue.” Ground floor is garage, full bath and bedroom. Main floor is kitchen, dining, living, and powder rooms. Upstairs is two good sized bedrooms, full bath, and laundry. Great landing spot to commute into NYC and/or hang around Greenwich.”

“The house has 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed in each room) and pull out sofa bed in living room(with sheets and blanket). 1.5 bathroom. Cozy dining area with 4 chairs table. Kitchen has fridge, microwave, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker. Plenty of clean towels. Garage OK for small car but might be too tight for big SUV or minivan. There are washing and drying machines but need to buy detergent. If you have heavy luggages, it is not advisable to go in the garage way, as you will need to lug the……
