Nicely situated on well-maintained River Plantation golf course, our home is super private on 1.5 acre lot with its own long driveway and spacious backyard fully built for family and small events.

Close to everything, and WEDDING VENUES!!!

- 20` to Lake Conroe/ Old Town Spring (Must see!)

If you love waking up to and having breakfast with a view, this is the place for you - a perfect combination of beauty, comfort, and convenience.

Beautifully upgraded with gorgeous wood flooring and custom window shutters, the house is lovely, family-friendly, bright and light.

The living space is ideal for both family vacations and business travelers. It has everything to make you feel at home – spacious living and dining areas, 3 smart TVs, well equipped kitchen and tableware, extra sofa beds and air mattresses, etc.

River Plantation is a secluded golf course community on I45 just 35 miles North of downtown Houston along the West fork of the San Jacinto river in Montgomery County TX. The neighborhood has lush landscape throughout, in addition to a community sports park with large pool, basketball, tennis courts and the River Plantation Golf Course.

Direction: Take Exit 82 on North I-45 to River Plantation Drive.

The community sports park features a large pool, 8 tennis courts, 1 basketball court, playground, etc and is only 1 min drive. The pool is open in the summer only.

You’ll only be mins away from everything, but far enough to enjoy a relaxing trip in a super safe, charming, peaceful and quiet neighborhood.

We have 4 exterior cameras in front door, side door, garage door an back yard that will be used for security and/or to monitor that our policies/ house rules are adhered to.

To All Future Brides & Grooms:
- We are in close vicinity of wedding venues in Montgomery County. We have hosted many wedding parties for getting ready, and special occasions e.g. rehearsals, elopements, bridal showers, etc.
- Kindly note that events incur extra fees, so please message us for more information.
- This is a peaceful and quiet neughborhood with strictly enforced ordinances. If you plan to throw a loud and disruptive party, please look elsewhere.

BUGS & WILDLIFE Disclaimer:
Please understand, we have a big backyard and are in close proximity to open fields. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but limited to: deer, birds, bees, mosquitos, spiders, ants, crickets, palmetto bugs, tree roaches, rally polies to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We DO spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control Mother Nature, and therefore, we DO NOT refund if encounter her business during your stay. Thank you.

We recently stayed at this property and really loved the layout and space. The home was comfortable, in a great location, and worked well for our group, especially since we stayed there to host an open house for our out of town guests for our son's wedding.That said, the stay wasn’t as smooth as we hoped due to some missing essentials. There were no extra towels anywhere in the house (including no hand towel in the main-floor bathroom), the hand soap in the kitchen and bathrooms had run out with no refills available, and there was only one kitchen towel along with less than half a roll of paper towel. The toilet paper rolls were already half-used and there were no extras, so we had to purchase toilet paper and paper towels ourselves. There were also only six coffee pods for a three-day stay in a home that sleeps ten, and very few extra garbage bags.The house has the potential to be a fantastic five-star stay — it truly is lovely. With some attention to making sure basic supplies are well stocked, future guests will have a much more seamless experience.

This property is beautiful located on golf course. House was spotless and spacious. Rooms are Large. Owners answered right away when called. Close to highway and stores. House stocked with most all Amenities needed. We would definitely stay again. Being Pet friendly is also a Plus.

Lots of space; quiet neighborhood

The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The home was large - enough room for our 4 children, their spouses and 3 grandchildren. The green backyard and nice deck were perfect for relaxing and hosting a small gathering (extra fee charged). The kids loved the play structure and the adults enjoyed playing ping-pong. It would have been nice to have had more towels for each person considering we were there for 3 days, but the washer and dryer were available to us. While the house was tidy, it felt like a deep clean was needed. For instance, the powder room vent was clogged with dust and there was mold in the master shower. The dining room chairs were quite stained and some of the throw pillows on the sofa were past their prime. The ceiling in the laundry room appeared to have a leak as evidenced of the small patch of mold and weird smell. The flooring wasn’t “sparkling” - a lot of dirt picked up by the kids socks. This is an older neighborhood and home which has been renovated, probably after flooding. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. It is convenient to The Woodlands Shopping.

Great Neighborhood and Location

Beautiful property right on golf course. House was clean and inviting from the moment we drove up. Tons of space with everything you may need. Nice quiet neighborhood close enough to the freeway for easy access but far enough away it does not feel like you are right on it. I was in Houston with some lifelong friends to attend the final four and could not have enjoyed our stay more. Will definitely be staying again if I am ever in the Houston area. 5 Stars all around. Thank you for a great time Amy and Tu!

Great place for our family gathering

This house was perfect for our gathering. It accommodated the 16 adults and 4 children who slept there, in addition to a small group of family who came for meals only. The pool table, ping pong table, basketball hoop plus roasting marshmallows at the fire pit were all great for entertaining the younger generations. The very nice hosts were always available to answer questions before, during and after our stay. (We left behind a remote) We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect home for group gatherings

This home was a perfect size for our group of 8 adults, each couple having their own space. The location of the property was in a subdivision that was very impressive. The backyard, had a great space to spend time if the weather was permitting. We had a fire in the fire pit to warm up, but would have been ideal if we didn't encounter rain. There was very nice playscape if we had children with. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were fairly comfortable. We were able to all sit in the living room and play games. We were excited to have a ping pong table and pool table for the group, however there were no ping pong balls and the pool cues were very worn, so as such we really could not put them to use. The water pressure in the bathrooms was great and the master shower was amazing! All though we did not have the need to cook large meals, I like to see what type of kitchen supplies are in a home for future reference. The kitchen was adequately supplied but could be lacking if 20 were staying there. There are several dining options very close. I would consider staying in this home again if we were back in that area.

Great for families with kids

It was a great choice for having a lot of kids there. The yard was pleasant and entertaining and inside was comfortable for everyone. The pool is not accessible to everyone at the same time and has limited capacity, but the Conroe Aquatics center was close and very fun and affordable. Overall it was a great stay. Highly recommend for a family reunion or friends get together.

Amazing Place!

We really enjoyed staying at Amy and Tu's place. We had 8 adults and 5 children (3yrs. and under). We used the playground, basketball hoop, pool table, swimming pool and ate at different areas of the house. The place was perfect for our family and the little ones had a lot of fun especially with the playground. The space by the fireplace was a perfect area where the children played on top of a Matt we brought. Amy and Tu responded back to us every time we had a question. Every room was amazing! We cooked all our meals in the house. We even BBQ the tri tip which turned out perfect. I invited 7 guest for dinner and Sunday brunch. The house accommodated everyone! I would come back to this place!! Thank you for your hospitality.

Quiet, Spacious Home

We had a 4-family group of 17 people, and the house accommodated our large group well. The garage had a billiard table and ping-pong table, but it was too hot to play in the garage during summer without an AC unit, even with a fan, but that is Texas. The neighborhood is quiet and lots of room to play outside, again, if not so hot. The host was extremely attentive and responsive. The only thing I might have asked for was additional bedding (sheets and blankets) and towels, but we were too busy to ask. I think if the hosts would stock some extra, that would be helpful for the next guests. It was a nice, relaxing stay for all of us. Thank you!

This home worked well for us, it had plenty of room inside and out, clean with the host being attentive to our needs. The only thing missing was a large enough grill for outdoor use. Otherwise, we were very happy with this home.

When we arrived the house wasn’t cleaned well. The floors were sticky, crumbs and stains on the tables, bath tubs had visible dirt on them. None of the bathtubs drained well either so when you showered you stood in a foot of water. We ended up buying our own cleaning supplies and cleaning ourselves. They did offer to send cleaners out after I sent pictures of multiple areas being dirty but we had already taken care of it and didn’t want to deal with scheduling around naptimes. The house could be nice if the cleaning issues were resolved.

Excellent Place to Stay!

My extended family and I stayed at this property to celebrate Christmas early. The property owner is fantastic and quickly responds to your questions both before and during your stay! This property has an awesome setting being right off of the golf course while also giving you a country feel with all the trees and wooded areas. My group had a wide age range and everyone enjoyed themselves. The pool table, ping pong table, corn hole boards and fire pit were a big hit for my entire family. And the kids loved the basketball goal and the playground as well. The house was just as great as the pictures show and everything worked properly and was well kept. The check-in process was a breeze! I definitely recommend this property and look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you for being such a great host, Amy!

Beautiful Home on the Golf Course

Our large group had a wonderful stay at Tu and Amy's property! The inside has beautifully been redone and the layout is amazing. There are multiple places to eat and plenty of seating for all to eat once, oftentimes an overlooked feature for houses that sleep but don't always seat a large groups. There is plenty of space inside and outside for entertaining and relaxing. The only complaint, if you can call it that, is the kitchen is not well stocked with cookingware. There is a simple set of pots and pans and utensils, but no bakeware or anything suited for cooking large quantities. We made it work, but you'll want to keep that in mind when planning any meals you intend to cook. Tu and Amy were super responsive and flexible when we had last-minute guest changes. We would definitely stay here again.
