Lake Forest Falls, an 80 +Acre Lake is a private lake. Guest are allow to fish and swim but NOT allow to use any motorized boats/jetskis on the lake. If you are fishing, we ask you to catch and release please! We do supply paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and trash bags up to a weekend stay. We have a charcoal grill on site but do not supply charcoal or lighter fluid.

Come relax at our adorable Lakeside bungalow. We believe the best vacation is one that takes you away from home, but has that feeling of home. Located in Lake Forest Falls, just 1.7 miles from Lake Conroe and 1.5 miles from B52 Brewery. A feel at home lake house fully-equipped & adorably decorated. Our Bungalow sleeps eight people comfortably. The large kitchen is great for entertaining, comes complete with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Two sofa's with all smart tvs & High speed internet. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms offers linens, towels and plenty of room for eight . A game room for playing all your favorite games. The Large front deck is great for having coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. Enjoy the back deck and play croquet or BBQ on this half acre lot. We are located just a few miles on the southern shores of Lake Conroe where you can find boat rentals, Lake Conroe Park, Marble slab creamery, Starbucks, Fajita Jacks, Papas on the lake and many other restaurants. Just 7 miles away is Historical Montgomery where there are antique shops, wineries and restaurants . Experience downtown Conroe where there is dining, live music, festivals, shopping, only 9 miles from Lakeside Bungalow. Our Lakeside Bungalow is a comfortable and affordable lake house for a weekend or week.

The host was very responsive and helpful but we misunderstood the location of the house based on the pictures. There is just a small inlet behind the house that was pretty low. The fishing spot pictured is not near the house.

Place overall was great but dangerous kitchen chairs all were dangerous could have caused an issue. Issues with outdoor lights that he didn't make us aware of as we were using the outside and did a fire. Would return again though.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate his birthday. We did not realize we booked a cabin of this size however it had all the necessities you needed , clean, free of odors , and amenities were not that far away. There was plenty to do in Conroe. We will definitely look to return, may bring the family on the next trip.

Came to Texas for our daughter's wedding. The location was perfect , the house was clean and supplied with games and books. The list of attractions and restaurants posted on the refrigerator were on point and great. The owner was very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this spot if you're visiting the Conroe Lake and surrounding area.

The house was good for why we needed it but there’s a lot of things that need fixed. Backdoor and porch is a danger zone, the front porch had nails sticking out. The numbers on the house weren’t really visible. The back patio was decent but the ceiling fan was not working, we could see the wires. Quite a few lightbulbs were broken and the front door was catching.Again where my sons wedding was it worked.

We went for our daughter‘s wedding. The house was in a good location very quiet, relaxing neighborhood. It was quaint and clean. Did not get to spend much time there because of the wedding but would have enjoyed spending more time there. We loved it.

Activity filled fun weekend!

We enjoyed our stay at the house! We swam in the lake, played pickleball and played games in the game room. We never even got to the kayaks! We would love to stay there again. Beautiful neighborhood and very peaceful!

Great location

The location is absolutely stunning. You do have a view of the lake but you have to walk around on the road a bit to get to the park to swim or fish. In the backyard, you have access to the lake with 2 kayaks that are available. The oars are single paddled so it takes a little more of an effort to get your kayak going. A fire pit is available in the backyard (bring your own wood and sticks for smores). It’s surrounded by 6 chairs but only 3 are usable. Lots of frogs and a fairly large bass stay in the canal behind the house. Makes for great exploring! There is an adjacent bldg that has a large sitting area. We did not utilize as it was too hot and we couldn’t figure out how to get the large fan running. The house is well laid out with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Pots/pans, coffee pots, toaster, dishes, are provided. You must bring everything else you might need. Very limited paper products. You need to bring your own seasonings, paper towels, trash liners, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, pods for dishwasher. The living room has a couch and loveseat. Couch is a sleeper but we did not use. The loveseat is comfortable but the couch should probably be updated as it sinks in on both side making it difficult to get comfortable.There is also a game room that has puzzles and board games. The private lake is very close to Lake Conroe, restaurants, and shopping. We very much enjoyed our stayOur host responded quickly to any questions we had.

Overall nice stay. Some places needed more cleaning then others. Found some trash left from last people. Some of the chairs were broken outside as well as the kayaks but we made it work. Would come back again. Neighbors were nice

Quiet, Relaxing Neighborhood

Great neighborhood! Overall the location, decor inside and out was done very nicely. However, we were disappointed in the lack of basic maintenance this home needs. The doors, baseboards, decking is in poor shape. The curtains in one room appeared chewed at. The master shower instead of a cover on non working handle they just put a sticker on it. The master bed was older and upside down not reversible matress which we realized 2nd night. The back door is rotted and molding on the frame. With some basic upkeep it would be worth the price. Needs a refresh to match pictures or update with current pictures to give accurate representation.

Quiet and Telaxing

Everything about this VRBO was just as it was in the pictures. The host is very easy to talk to, and answers all questions promptly. The house was clean, roomy, and comfortable! This was our first VRBO to rent and stay at, and it was the best 1st experience. My 12 yr olds favorite part was the fishing!! He loved going out in the kayak, and spending his free time on the water!

Great Property!

The house was perfect, and set in a quiet lakeside community. The Kayak's were great, and having the canal in the backyard to paddle out to the lake made it much easier.The house was clean and well maintained, and we had no issues during our stay.Beware of Terri, the neighborhood Karen who did not want us fishing at the community park she claimed her family owned, and threatened to call the Sheriff on us. Insanity.... Overall I highly recommend, and would not hesitate to rent the property again. Jared was a gracious host with excellent communication throughout the entire booking and stay.

This was a very nice property close to the lake. The house was modern and homey with plenty of amenities. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly and not much traffic. The yard, while not mowed, was large and was great for the children. We all had a great time!
