Location location location!

This was the perfect spot. Right on the water with a large grassy area for outdoor games. Just a couple miles away from groceries/walmart in car you forgot anything or just to stock up. Comfy beds. Clean.

Easy check-in and check-out. The condo is spacious, with an awesome lake view. It would be perfect if the mattresses can be updated. Overall, a five star stay.

Great Lakefront Comfy Condo

The owners were great & super accommodating. The condo was clean and nice. Quiet neighbors and nice lake community. We caught perch from the back of the condo and saw some beautiful sunsets.

The location is wonderful and the view is amazing! The home was well equipped with necessities (and then some)! Very safe, gated location and the mail pool was a great addition.

Gorgeous view!

We were in town for a family event. The location was perfect and the sunrise was second to none. We’d stay again because it’s close to our family and there is comfortable space for everyone. Water pressure is superb (always a make or break for our family 😉)

Amazing view and great time

The property was great, has an amazing setting with breathtaking water views. The condo was quiet and comfortable… my only request would be that it was more updated… but we knew going into the property it was not so there was no surprise there… there was plenty of seating for the 4 of us and we were all comfortable and enjoyed our stay… the host was super communicative and great to work with

A serene condo with a pleasant view

Not only was there enough room, (with plenty to spare), for our group of six, it was comfortable as well. We all enjoyed our stay, and loved the sunrises and sunsets that cast themselves over the water. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we had no troubles finding our spot.

La casa es de buen tamaño y cuenta con lo necesario para una estancia confortable. Estuvimos muy contentos en la propiedad. Nos sentimos seguros en el fraccionamiento que cuenta con caseta de vigilancia. El único detalle es que nos hubiera gustado encontrar la casa en mejores condiciones de limpieza. Conroe vacation

We had a very good experience at this property… It was the best place for my four boys and myself to stay as a family as we were visiting my family who live in Conroe… Relaxing wonderful Lakeview lots of space the pool to swim in the lake to swim in close to Conroe… Everything was wonderful we will definitely come back I would highly recommend this property to anybody visiting this area especially with a big family ! The people were wonderful to work with!

Great Location

The location is great - right on the lake. While we didn't go out on the lake, the view is awesome. Parking can be a challenge if you have more than 2 cars or have large vehicles. There are "guest" spots, but they can be a ways off. It heats up a little during the day - high (beautiful) ceilings impact it, but it does cool down at night. Location is close to restaurants as well - but not too close.

Family weekend

The location you just can't beat! Being able to rent a boat and drive right up to the "backyard" felt very decadent. Our family was able to enjoy lake life and eachother without the noise of restaurants. There were some issues which the property owner dealt with immediately and was very kind on the phone.
