“Elizabeth’s and Francesca were excellent. The room was spacious and clean. Close to everything important. The only drawback was the area: there was dog poop everywhere and the nearest corner was a hangout for people with nothing to do. No problem really and nothing to do with the apartment but a drawback nonetheless.”

“Everything about this place is misleading. Not sure who wrote the reviews. You have to wait for check in instructions through WhatsApp and take a picture of your passport. The “hotel” is the third floor of a building with lots of other things going on. No one is around. The brochure says something about breakfast and a spa. That’s hilarious. The room is clean, someone comes to service it, bathroom is nice. Balcony onto the street. WiFi was out the second day there. I didn’t try to contact……

“Very well situated property, near the central station, restaurants, shops and the old town. The room is large with aircon, a fridge, coffee maker, snacks and drinks. The bathroom is clean with a great shower. The host, Antonio, communicates really well and is very helpful if you need anything at all. We found the availability of luggage storage a great help. We highly recommend this property.”

“Very close walking distance to the train station. If you have a car, good luck finding parking in this city. A parking garage will be your best option, or better yet, avoid renting a car if you’re visiting Bari. We ran out of hot water twice during our stay. Be sure to pay close attention to their messages, as they include important instructions and access codes needed to enter the property.”

“I had to bring my wife at the last moment. No room change was requested, and I was fully transparent about arriving with my wife. However, I was charged additional fees despite there being no extra requirements or services needed for the room. These rooms are clearly designed to accommodate at least two people.”

“I put 3 stars for overall because it is basic. The instructions were good only if you know how to follow them. It was not straight forward. The lobby on the ground floor is dark and no lights. However, the room is clean. Although there were no staff available but communication was good on whatsapp. The ticketed breakfast were good including the 10% discount on the restaurant. The restaurant offered good food and staff were nice.”
