“The staff were amazing.. We ended up arriving late and we were in contact all through the day into the evening to ensure we arrived safely and were there to meet us upon our arrival. The room was clean and located right in the heart of the town. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.”

“I had to bring my wife at the last moment. No room change was requested, and I was fully transparent about arriving with my wife. However, I was charged additional fees despite there being no extra requirements or services needed for the room. These rooms are clearly designed to accommodate at least two people.”

“the location is good, about 1 mile from Bari Centrale train station and about .5 miles from the Old Town. I asked for fresh towels after day 2 and was told that I would receive them, and never did. The bath towels don't dry in the bathroom. So, that was annoying to me. Also, the TV didn't work. Breakfast had a nice assortment.”

“There was Spam email associated with this property which made me uncomfortable checking in online. So waited and realized the message I received was correct under different name! Took some time to figure this out and had to wait for the check in process, instructions for entering the building.. etc. somewhat frustrating process especially when theres no one at the property and porters bell address B@B was missing on the front door panel..”
