「If you look for a nice stay in Bari. I would highly recommend to stay in KiBari B&B. It is a few minutes walk to the central train station. Elisabetta as the Host is such a lovely person. She gave us some tips during our stay. She takes care with so much passion. The breakfast was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The balcony was huge.」

「The property itself, for myself, an American, was a little difficult to get to. But once we arrived, the staff was so courteous and attentive. The room was very pretty and so clean. Everywhere was walkable and the staff in the stores were extremely kind to us. I hope to be back again. Thank you for having us.」

「The staff were amazing.. We ended up arriving late and we were in contact all through the day into the evening to ensure we arrived safely and were there to meet us upon our arrival. The room was clean and located right in the heart of the town. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.」

「the location is good, about 1 mile from Bari Centrale train station and about .5 miles from the Old Town. I asked for fresh towels after day 2 and was told that I would receive them, and never did. The bath towels don't dry in the bathroom. So, that was annoying to me. Also, the TV didn't work. Breakfast had a nice assortment.」

「There was Spam email associated with this property which made me uncomfortable checking in online. So waited and realized the message I received was correct under different name! Took some time to figure this out and had to wait for the check in process, instructions for entering the building.. etc. somewhat frustrating process especially when theres no one at the property and porters bell address B@B was missing on the front door panel..」

「Location is great. The check in process is not easy or straightforward. The check in application is okay for checking in but it included a way to pay the city tax also but the hotel management didn't seem to recognize it so I had to pay the tax twice to get access. The door opening app isn't translated to English well enough.」

「We enjoyed our stay. No front desk but if you download their app it is easy to communicate.. Short walk from train station. Easy stroll to old town of Bari. Clean room - nice breakfast just down the hall. Our room had a large terrace overlooking the city. Comfortable bed. Would stay here again. 」

Bad things: over-complicated procedures (such as getting the wrong room), non-existent internal soundproofing, noisy plumbing, mildew on shower curtain, erratic "maid" service, e.g. not done at all or partially done (no change of linen or towels in 5-night stay), soap removed twice and not replaced, bin not emptied.
