"This hotel is a work of art but comfortable and family friendly at the same time. Although they were understaffed in the restaurant for breakfast resulting in longer wait times and less than stellar service, the menu was excellent for both breakast and dinner. The bowling alley in the basement was a fantastic experience and the roof top bar was great. Would definitely stay again. "

"This is a really nice, hotel and we have stayed before so it’s pretty much our favorite in this city. You can always get everything you need, the staff are friendly, helpful and they reach out to you daily. I appreciate this kind of communication, when you’re away from home, it’s nice to know you can get this support and friendship."

"So this is my second stay at this property in 6 months, both two day stays. This place has been FANTASTIC. Clean, very spacious rooms, nice amenities inside them, the bedding and pillows are clean and high quality, and very comfortable. All the staff I encountered between front desk, restaurant, and casino were all very friendly and helpful. Drinks at the bar are very reasonably priced, and there’s plenty of parking available outside for your vehicle. Checking out was also an easy process right on the tv in the room. If I’m ever back in the area again, I won’t even look around at other hotels, hard rock Sioux City is an automatic booking for me"
