Spacious, clean and awesome hot tub

The sunset views and hot tub are amazing. Great place to use as a home base for a long weekend of outdoor activities.

Lovely Home in the foothills

The Spanish tile appointments were a wonderful treat! The home is very clean and comfortable. The area is loaded with wildlife- watching dozens of quail while having coffee on a great deck with a view is worth the price of admission! Comfortable beds was an added and appreciated bonus. The local host was very helpful and responsive to any questions prior to arriving. We will return to this one for sure!

Birthday rafting getaway

Discovered a new mountain town in California. Matt was a very gracious host. I couldn't figure out how to get inside, he called right away to help me. Matt ensured the temperature inside was perfectly comfortable. Once inside we were dazzled by the spanish charm and vibrant array of colors. We felt right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need & more. Everyone said their bed was very comfortable

Copperopolis Adventure

Pleasant house near lots of great hiking trails. If you plan to cook, be ready and bring your own things. For example, your own kitchen knives, theirs are extremely dull. Bring your own ground coffee as the existing grinder does not operate and the pod coffee maker does not have directions and we could not make it work. Several pans in the kitchen were not washed (put away dirty, likely by other renters as the rest of the house was clean and tidy).
