「Met vier gezinnen, waarvan 8 volwassenen en 8 kinderen was het een uitdaging om iets geschikt te vinden in de zomer. Dankzij dit landhuis is het ons toch mooi gelukt. We hebben genoten van de rust, het zwembad en de ruimte. Bovendien is het huis gelegen in een mooie regio, vlakbij Toulouse. Het enige minpunt is het ontbreken van airco. De vele ventilatoren boden wel een gedeeltelijke oplossing.」

「The house is very distinctive. It is just off the main (but quiet) road, so easy to find. The owner's house is across from it. The view is excellent, you are not overlooked at the back of the house and you have access to the farmland. There are a number of very nice walks - the late summer skies over the ripening orchards were just beautiful. 「David and Nadine are wonderful hosts! We loved how personable they were and they didn’t use the pool or boost us very often, so it felt private. It’s the best villa holiday we’ve had in many years, as always with pros and cons: Pros - Near good bakeries - lovely view over the hills - Pool close to house and private - Secure property and felt safe - David is amazing at caring for the guests, they even bought us wine, saucisson and breakfast! 「Endroit très agréable en été. Familial. Proche sites à visiter. Propriétaire fort sympathique et avenant, il est dommage que les draps et linges de toilettes ne soient pas fournis. Vider les tiroirs des placards et mettre des couvertures en état. Des travaux ont été faits, notemment électriques mais finitions non terminées. Sinon bien dans l ensemble」

「Die Buchung und Kommunikation war sehr gut und die Gastgeber waren immer zu erreichen. Das Haus liegt abgelegen in einem kleinen Tal und man kann die Ruhe sehr gut genießen. Der Pool & Wirpool waren gut geeignet um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen.」

「We stayed at Le Petit Soyc in August 2023. This is a fantastic villa. Accommodation is very comfortable. Plenty of room for 8 of us with room to spare. The layout is superb. The kitchen is big, modern and well equipped. The outdoor dining area is really good. The swimming pool, pool house and shade is also spot on. We had a fantastic stay. Temperature was over 40 degrees! Local area is peaceful and beautiful. I would definitely recommend 100%. Property owner is as fantastic as the villa!」

「We had with our family A very relaxed stay at Kevins place. The pool is very Nice and is well situated with A lot of privacy. We enjoyed playing golf at Seilh. Also together with Kevin. Kevin is A splendid host, gives you all kind of advice en even he lended us golfcarts. When you stay at Kevins place you will need A car. For Most of your destinations.
