The outdoor area is furnished for relaxing moments in the fresh air. Internet reaches speeds up to 24 Mbps, and the property is equipped with a solar water heater providing continuous hot water under normal weather conditions; on cloudy days, guests may use the electric boiler, which typically needs around 15–20 minutes to heat the water.
