Litsa Beach Maisonette

Litsa Beach Maisonette is a beautiful, modern and welcoming holiday apartment located in the heart of Acharavi, just steps away from beach, shops and restaurants. Air-conditioned, provided with a large pool and surrounded by lush gardens, this property is a true oasis of peace in an amazing location (a car is not required). Set over 2 levels, it has 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Thanks to the airy bedroom, equipped kitchenette, private balcony and 2 shower rooms, Litsa Beach Maisonette can easily sleep up to 2+1 guests offering excellent style and value for money.



Litsa Beach Maisonette is set within a welcoming, family-run building of just 3 units, all semi-detached and with independent entrance. Therefore the maximum peace, privacy and space are guaranteed. The property is located on 2 floors and comprises (on the ground floor) a well equipped kitchenette with dining area, sitting area with sofa bed (3rd guest, note that this sofa bed is mostly suitable for a child up to 12 years old) and bathroom. Stairs lead up to the upper floor mezzanine with double bed, a second bathroom and window facing the sea and the garden. The apartment is air-conditioned (included in the rental price) and has been cheerfully, modernly finished to provide a superior holiday experience. A shared laundry area is available on the premises, at a small extra charge (euros 5 per washing, including soap, payable locally).



Outside, the property is surrounded by amazing manicured gardens with lawn, tall trees, chill-out areas and hammocks. It is a truly amazing place to relax after a long day on the beach or by the pool. A brick-built barbecue is also provided for delicious charcoal grilled meals. Guests have free access to the swimming pool located next to the garden, which also has a pool bar open during the summer months and features a children section, free sunbeds and shades. Please note that the swimming pool is not part of the complex, is independently run and our guests have free access to it. The pool opens from the first week of May until the last week of October. Private parking is available within the grounds.
