Villa Seasunrise is a modern ground floor property located in Perama – Corfu, just a short drive from Corfu airport, with stunning views over Corfu town's southern bay, close to Mouse and Vlacherna Islands. The villa has private parking, a lovely garden, balconies facing East, and it is only a breath away from the local beaches and amenities.
The house splits into two separate and self-containing apartments (the upstairs remote twin apartment is called Villa Seasunshine, and guests can rent it in conjunction with Seasunrise for a larger group). Seasunrise occupies the whole ground floor, most of the garden and its facilities. It is spacious for a family or party of 4 persons who can use the two charming bedrooms. There is also a possibility for two extra occupants in lounge sofa beds.
Layout
The main entrance on the ground floor, set at the back of the building, leads into an open plan air-conditioned space with a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and front balconies overlooking the sea the way up to Greek Mainland Coasts.
Next to the kitchen is located a utility room with a washing machine and ironing facilities.
A small hallway on the right leads to the two air-conditioned bedrooms, which share in between a spacious modern bathroom.
The first bedroom is the master bedroom with a side balcony and partial sea views, whilst the second one is a twin with a window facing the open sea.
Outside facilities
On the right-hand side of the house is established a charming sitting and sunbathing area, where someone can relax and admire the superb sunrise early in the morning or watch the magnificent large cruisers crossing the bay.
The same facilities are also available from the large front balcony, joined with the lounge via large french doors.
A small beautiful garden lies from one side to the other, at the whole front part of the house.
The owner conveniently lives in the apartment on the upper level and is available to help guest when needed.

Seasunrise is an ideal holiday house for a family or party who would wish to stay close to the town, to the local beaches and the countless entertainment options offered by this lovely spot of Perama – Corfu.
