Villa Anamari, Corfu - a villa that sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms

Villa Anamari is a modern holiday property, located in a quiet, rural area behind Agios Stefanos busy strip, with a private heated pool (8 X 5 m), (can be heated on request during the cold months), large sunny terraces, private parking space and exceptional views of the surrounding countryside.

The villa is set on two levels and it is really spacious for a family or party of 6 persons, who can enjoy their stay in three air-conditioned bedrooms.

Layout

The main door on the ground floor opens into an open plan lounge, dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. French Doors lead to the front of the house and to a lovely terrace close to the private swimming pool.

A double bedroom with a private balcony and a family shower cover the rest of the ground floor.

The interior staircase lands on the upper level, which consists of two twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, and share in between them a long terrace, with views of the surrounding countryside and hills.

Pool and Terraces

The private pool (8 X 5 m), which can be heated on request during the cold months, remains sunny for most of the day and it is located at the front of the villa. It is surrounded by spacious terraces, fitted with sun umbrellas and sunbeds. The pool is accessed via Roman steps and/or a ladder.

A built BBQ is set in the courtyard next to the villa, with adjacent Gazebo and dining furniture for anyone who would wish to cook and dine, enjoying the tranquillity and simplicity of the surrounding virgin local countryside.

The location of Villa Anamari is ideal for anyone seeking short strolls through the pristine Corfu countryside or even to the centre of Agios Stefanos, which remains cosmopolitan, idyllic and always popular. It is only 2.4 km from the beach of Kerasia, 3.8 km from the beach of Avlaki, 6.0 km from the busy Kassiopi and just 700 metres from the coastal zone of Agios Stefanos.

Remote, Relaxed Retreat - A Lovely Villa Stay!
Lovely villa, really remote location so very private. Short walk to the local shops, beach and restaurants! Would happily go back but recommend a taxi from the airport so you don’t have to carry luggage on the track to the villa.

Fantastic Stay at Lovely Villa in Great Location
Had a fantastic stay here with a group of 6 friends. The villa is in a quiet, private location, but is just a 10 minute walk from the local shops, restaurants and bars in Agios Stephanos. Facilities in the villa are good, and the outside area with private pool are ideal for relaxing.Host was very responsive to messages and helpful, arranging transfers to and from the airport.The restaurants and bars in Agios Stephanos are all fantastic serving great food, with great extremely welcoming and friendly staff. Lovely villa in a great location. Would definitely recommend it.

Agios (Saint) Stefanos is a sophisticated coastal settlement of Sinies, nestling on the Northeastern coastline of Corfu, 42km from Corfu Town and only 6km from Kassiopi. Recently becoming a very popular elegant and premium resort with many stylish villas. The place is stunningly beautiful and lies within the shelter of hills sweeping down on either side of the resort, only 1.2 miles from the Albanian coast, spectacular views can be surveyed. Relaxing evenings can be spent in several of the waterfront tavernas or bars, lazily gazing across the Corfu Channel to mysterious Albania or simply idling around the pretty and quaint harbour watching the large cruisers passing by.

Agios Stefanos appeals to all guests from couples to larger families and groups, throughout the whole summer season. While away the hours watching the pretty sailing and motorboats interweave with Luxury yachts and Large cruisers

Two extended beaches are near Agios Stefanos, Kerasia Beach is approx. 2.5km to the south and Avlaki Beach 3km towards the north, just outside the ever lively Kassiopi.

We recommend renting a car to not miss out on anything and also renting an easy-to-operate small up to 30hp boat to get the best of this Coastline. You can use it to explore the fabulous small beaches that line the beautiful coast.
