Our home is nestled in nature in the traditional village of Spartilas, surrounded by olive trees, lush greenery, and breathtaking views of the island. It offers peace, privacy, and the perfect balance between quiet village life and easy access to beaches, restaurants, and activities.

The house features two comfortable bedrooms with double beds and a spacious open attic that can be arranged with a double bed or two single beds. For larger families, the loft can accommodate up to four single beds, making it ideal for families with children.

You’ll enjoy a fully equipped bathroom, a relaxing jacuzzi, and a freestanding above-ground pool (4.88 x 2.45 m). With 4,000 m² of private land, there’s plenty of space for children to explore, climb trees, play freely, and relax in the hammocks. Inside, you’ll find toys, games, and books for a truly family-friendly stay.

A beautiful hiking trail starts right from the house and leads to an abandoned hilltop church—the perfect spot to watch the sunset with stunning panoramic views.

Barbati’s beaches and restaurants are just a 10-minute drive away, while Ipsos offers water sports, a water bounce park, and lively beach bars.
