“While the house was well suited for our family, six adults and two grandchildren. Its lack of cleanliness and maintenance was a detractor. I attempted to fix a door lock that we found on the floor upon our arrival. The lock didn’t have the correct screws so it couldn’t be fixed. My daughter got locked in a bathroom and I had to play with the lock to get her out. We called the property management company and they sent a lock smith to fix bathroom door but they didn’t fix lock on sliding door.……

“Most things with the property and our stay were good. There were a few issues, however. Neither the host nor Stayz provided the Check-in information, nor were they easily contactable when we arrived to a locked gate. In addition, the house had not been thoroughly cleaned - used towels were left behind bedroom doors, there was a puddle of water on the bathroom floor and the fridge and pantry needed a good wipe down before we could use them.
