「What an incredible place! We booked this rental for a group of 7, which included two families coming together to enjoy a long weekend. We had 3 kids and 4 adults and enjoyed the rental's proximity to Carowinds and downtown Charlotte for a show one night. The home was spotless and there was plenty of room for everyone. 「We truly enjoyed our stay here. Apartment was comfortable, everything working as expected, well stocked with supplies (paper towel, laundry/dishwashing pods) and parking was easy. Check in check out was easy. Area is great, there is a Harris Teeter and 2 good restaurants (Crafty Burger and Cool Fish) a short walk away. We also walked out to a store that rented E-bikes and took a scenic ride through the town of Davidson and the greenway. 」

「This place was in the middle of a ghetto. I was in town for a wedding with my elderly Aunt and Uncle. We couldn’t even get down the street at first because of the people hanging around the property. I called the host who claims she understood but refused to refund our money VRBO never responded either. Do not rent this house. Being a law enforcement both myself and my husband we did not feel safe n that neighborhood 」
