"Noisy location - highway and parking area quite noticeable. Room isn't well insulated from noise or light. Slight smell of cigarette smoke - maybe room below? Bed was super comfortable, so there's that. Staff is really friendly."

"Staff was not pleasant. On the way to our room was a trail of blood that lead from the ground floor up to our room on the 2nd floor. Cleaning crew passed over multiple times and never cleaned it up. Our door was unlocked when we entered and the safe was broken. Very disappointed "

"Staff was very pushy about not damaging furniture or staining towels, even asked us to make it to the bathroom if we needed to vomit. Never had that spill checking into a hotel. Toilet wouldn’t flush, air conditioner didn’t work. Killed two cockroaches in bathroom. Transients in parking lot. Booked a king bed, got two double beds. "

"Our stay was short as it was an overnight stop on our way to Palm Springs from Vancouver, BC. Having said this, it was excellent value for the price. The place was quiet, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I'd give it 5 stars but the breakfast was not much of anything at all. Nothing bad about it but not much to it. If they could have added maybe a little fresh fruit, yogurt and bread for toast, it likely would have been enough for me to change my rating to 5 out of 5."
