Nicely appointed condo central to town

The condo, was nicely decorated, clean, with nice balconies, upstairs and downstairs. Comfortable beds, 1 king and 1 queen. Nice updated furniture and appliances. Full equipped kitchen with dishes and cooking tools. There is a very narrow spiral staircase from first floor to second floor that can be a little tricky walking up. The bathrooms could use an upgrade but they are still in good shape. It's just a few minutes drive to the beach and town. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are to many large homes around the property that take away the beautiful view it used to have. You can barely see the ship channel now which is why I stayed there years ago.

This place is a great location and beautifully decorated. Great pool and friendly neighbors. Check in and out was a breeze. P.S. Don't forget your fishing pole!!

Great place

The condo itself was wonderfully maintained and very well stocked of most any kitchen item/spice one could use. Balconies were such a great plus and provided hours of relaxing with the family. Grounds were clean and pool was perfect. Fishing pier gave our grandkids the opportunity to catch their first fish. Great time had by all!

Great Location

This property is very close to amenities and a short drive to the beach. While very neat and clean, the property is much older than the photos portray. The downstairs bathroom could use a new toilet seat. The pool could use a resurface. At first glance, it appears dirty, however they are permanent markings once you get up close. We just needed a place close to the beach that had beds and showers, so it worked. Patio deck was the best part of this property. Overall experience was good if you overlook cosmetic items.

First Visit To Port Aransas

The property is well appointed, centrally located, and well managed. The deck, while not on the beach, was pleasant for early morning coffee and listening to boats in the channel. Parking was convenient.
