Wonderful Family Spring Break

Beautiful!

A beautiful and clean property! I love the layout and plenty of beds for our whole family. Lots of games for the kids to play, very comfy furniture. The balcony was beautiful, unfortunately we didn’t spend much time on it because mosquitoes

Nice beach house - perfect with teens

We love that our teen boys had a room of their own with a TV across the house from the master and living room. The house is exactly as described. It was clean upon arrival. TV worked. Stove/oven worked. Covered parking and decent outdoor space. The house had a good view of the water.The house is in walking distance to PIKNIC for coffee/breakfast on a very quiet street. It is a bit of a longer walk to get to beach etc and so we drove. Parking is easy anyway in Rockport.We enjoyed the property.

Family weekend

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfect for our family including a teenager and 2 dogs. The location is fantastic with a gorgeous view. It’s conveniently located to everything. The property was clean and had everything we needed and wanted. Checkin was easy!

Was great not perfect

Location is in close proximity to tourist shops and marina. Have to drive to beach. I thought we were in walking distance to beach(my bad) but house was nice. Bring your own TP. We ran out pretty fast it was cheap and awful lol. Kitchen did not have any salt or other spices if you plan on cooking any. Master bed was comfy, but no TV. Husband thought he was going to die lol. Overall we would stay here again.

Read Carefully

The listing said 1.5 blocks to the waters edge, unfortunately that was not the beach or water you could access all private. Also walk to the beach, if you don't mind walking 1/2 hour in the blazing sun! Refrigerator was frozen over so barely kept food cool and the reclining sofas in the living room didn't recline. I called customer service and descibed the issue but it was never addressed. Dissapointing visit for sure.

Good location

This house was within driving distance to the beach and within walking distance to cute downtown area. The house was clean and beds comfortable. Be sure to bring a blanket if you like to stay warm at night. The comforter was very thin. If you plan on cooking meals in the home be sure to bring basic cooking essentials such as salt and pepper. This house was spacious for a large group of adult and kids.

Perfect place perfect location

We absolutely loved this place. We had a view of the bay, easy walk to the pier where a lot of fishing was done and a short drive to the beach and shopping. The house had everything we needed and comfortable living room for everyone to hang out in. I gave the overall rating a 4 out of 5 because the queen bed was the only downfall of our experience. My parents came with us and because they are elderly we offered them the master bedroom with the king size bed. We put our son in the back room with his pack and play, this room had the twin beds. And my husband and I took the queen. The first night the bed sounded like it was breaking. So we got under and saw the center support (which was just a 2x4) was knocked off and the actual bed frame looked like it was breaking. We were able to prop it back under it but the bed was still miserable to sleep in. Only the mattress on sticks that made your back arch the whole night. Awful nights of sleep. We finally switched rooms with our baby and took the twins instead. Twins were a lot better and in our fourth night there we were finally able to have a good night sleep! We would love to rent this place out again, if they got a better queen bed in that extra room. Other than that, we highly recommend this place.
