Inside, the coastal elegance welcomes you. The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with sleek, modern appliances to prepare you with everything from morning coffee to sunset feasts. Gather in the light-filled living room for a movie night with cable TV and Netflix, or simply relax in the cool comfort of central AC.

Savor the ocean breeze from your balcony, unwind on the shaded patio, or take a refreshing dip in the pool before strolling the sandy shoreline just steps away. With thoughtful touches like a game room, Pack-N-Play, and family-friendly spaces, every guest feels at home. Another living area is located on the 3rd floor to watch a movie or relax. This room also has a queen pullout bed just in case.

Step outside your door and into Palmilla Resort’s vibrant lifestyle. Enjoy the heated pool, fitness center, or grab a bite and a drink at Red’s restaurant and bar. Tee off on the executive links golf course, or take advantage of the beautiful beach and beach service (available by request at the Front Desk on a first-come, first-served basis), which includes four beach chairs, two umbrellas, and access to an air-conditioned beachside bathroom. Plus, brand-new pickleball courts are coming soon, all just a short golf cart ride away!

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are exterior cameras located at each door and outside of the garage.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
