Loved the stay

Took the family for a weekend trip. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. Less than 5 minutes from almost everything. Mosquitos are terrible but that is the only complaint. Would definitely stay again

Great Beach Week

We had four adults and two youth, and it was a great fit for us. We had everything we needed available, and it was a very short buggy ride to the beach.

Memorial Getaway

We absolutely loved the property and location. The neighborhood seemed to be all booked but was not overly crowded. Area was very clean and well kept. I will definitely stay again.

We had a really great stay at this location!

Everything was really nice at this location. House is comfortable and beautiful. The only downside was one morning, we got up and begin getting ready for the day. All of a sudden, we smelled a really strong stench located near the master bedroom. The Oder smelled sour , like sewage and ,rotten, we were unable to locate where the smell was coming from. Soon the stench was throughout the whole house. We left for the beach, when we returned late that evening, the awful smell was gone. We did not have to notify management.

This house was a perfect stay for our little getaway weekend. The location was great!

We had a great 3 night getaway at this property. It had everything you needed to accommodate all the people there. The house allowed for plenty of room for al of us. Really enjoyed the fenced in area for the pups as well. Would def recommend this place to friends to visit!

Wonderful house

The property was very nice and welcoming. The fenced in space down stairs was great for kids as well as the privacy fence to put our kayaks and fishing gear while away. Also the downstairs seating was great as it rained a few days we were there but allowed us to still be outside.

Super clean!!

We stayed there with our 3 young adult boys and everyone loved it! The place was super clean and the kitchen was very well equipped with good quality cooking tools and not with very worn dishes like in many other rentals we had in the past! We would definitely go back to this location!

Spacious & Accommodating

Clean, cozy, very spacious and close to the beach. Small mixup checking in due to wrong entry code but it was cleared up immediately. Would recommend this place and look forward to booking again in the future.

The house was great , location is good. The only issue would be the AC not cooling well enough throughout the house. Bedrooms were fine - but the living/kitchen tended to not cool.

Family vacation!

We had a great time . The house was clean and very nice ! The only complaint we had was the community pool needed to be cleaned more than it was . I understand it was up to the HOA . Otherwise we enjoyed our vacation!

Great location.

The house is located within a 5 minute walk to the beach and beach bar, 12 minute walk to the coffee shop, 5 minute walk to the Dollar General, 5 minute walk to the gas station and liquor store. We loved the kitchen and dining room for our Christmas dinner. Excellent TV to watch football! The outside shower is amazing for cleaning off after the beach. Bonus...there is a lime tree in the backyard!! We picked two limes for our tequila shots-yum! Some issues I noticed with the property: All of the twin bed are extremely uncomfortable-would not recommended for anyone over the age of 5 years old. Both king beds are very comfortable:) Furniture seemed dirty and had rips-really needs an upgrade. The furniture seemed as if it was bought from a garage sale. We actually rearranged all the furniture for a more open layout as the living room is divided into two parts (we just put it all back before we left). Washer is EXTREMELY loud. I believe the drum is not connected properly (I am not a washer machine expert). The A/C controller needs directions as we could not get the house temperature below 76 degrees (even on the cold days). If staying more than 3 days-buy trash bags and toilet paper:)
