Welcome to Sun Kissed Cottage, your ultimate beach retreat! This charming coastal cottage boasts a beachy feel and a prime location for the perfect Beach getaway.

The highlight of this home is the ample outdoor living space. The back fully fenced yard boasts seating, family games, and an outdoor dining table. Just steps away to the community pool you can make a splash or just lounge poolside - this oasis pool offers the perfect blend of fun and relaxation.

Inside, the home boasts coastal finishes complemented by beachy charm. An open floor plan connects the dining area, living area, and kitchen, creating the perfect space to spend quality time with your family or group. The kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances, making it a breeze to prepare your family's favorite home-cooked meal.
Retreat to one of two comfortable bedrooms to rest and recharge. The primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed. The second full bathroom offers walk in shower.

The home is in a prime location, close to Beach and still being very close to restaurants and shopping. Head to the beach, less than a 5-minute drive away for endless days of sand, surf, and sun on Beautiful Whitecap Beach!

The stay was amazing. The pictures weee exactly what the place was and I totally appreciate that. It was minutes from White Cap Beach and about 20-35 minutes from PT Arkansas- Mustang Island. I would visit this home again in a heartbeat and plan to every year.

Perfect location!

We love to visit the Padre Island National Seashore so this location was perfect for us. Loved the gated yard and while small felt very private. Home was stocked with essentials and very clean. The doors stuck a bit but once we learned what to do it was no issue. The back fence has a hole in it so if you have small dogs be aware. Parking is tight but expected in a condo complex. Otherwise we loved it and will definitely book again!
