Charming and Cozy House on Key Allegro

A charming home that has absolutely everything you need to enjoy your stay. We loved the expansive front deck, as well as the back deck nestled in the trees. Key Allegro is a great location - the island feel and close to whatever Rockport has to offer. Highly recommend!

Relaxing weekend

The property was attractive, clean, and easy to locate and use as a base to run to the grocery store, eat out, take beach pictures, etc. Loved the pool. September was the perfect time to stay because the pool was mostly ours, the neighborhood went to work or to fish, and the shopping was very nice. Road trip to Port Aransas just to take ferry and visit art museum. Very cool. Will go back.

Relaxing, and Fishing

The Sunshine House was a excellent place to stay very relaxing place. The unit was very comfortable, clean and very nicely furnished decor and all. Very close to restaurants and especially to Rockport beach and fishing piers we will definitely look forward to staying here again.

This was such a beautiful home. It was stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect. Not too far from the beach, shops, swimming pool and restaurants. We enjoyed relaxing on the big beautiful deck as well. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation! We will be back!

Horrible place, even worse company(VACASA) Automated out of state conglomerate bologna, no accountability, rip you off on the check in and check out times. Dirty house. Uncomfortable beds. Used syringe found in the parking lot.

Great Location Worth the Price

Was very nice, clean, well decorated, would suggest leaving instructions as to where certain things are ans making the storage downstairs available. That said, we learned stairs are no longer a good idea for use at 55+ especially carrying 10 days of clothing and our treasures from shopping in town. That said. If our health was better like it was in our younger days the home would have been perfect. Great location, great price, well appointed and clean with very simple rules amd everything worked as described and Anyone considering a hotel should stay here first.
