Great Beach Condo
Great condo that has everything you need for a stay at the beach. The location is great because it is a short walk or drive to the beach. The condo has a washer and dryer to keep things clean. The overall space is very clean and taken care of. The only two downsides were that the pool key did not work and the shower head makes a whining noise when running. Otherwise, great price and value for a beach stay!

Beautiful Room with a view
My husband and I celebrated his admissions into a master’s program! We absolutely LOVED the room. It was super clean and everything you would need to cook was accessible. The decor was absolutely awesome and really, truly eases you into beach mode. The beach is a few short minutes walk away and it was so nice. The balcony holds the perfect breakfast spot. It’s really beautiful. This is absolutely not the owners fault, but because of the humidity, the floor was sticky. Can’t help that when you go to the beach during humidity season! Only bad thing is that we were on the 3rd floor with no elevator. I have trouble with stairs because of an illness, but again, not their fault. I should have said something. Overall, the management was super helpful & available. They made sure we had everything, and were ever so friendly. 😊 We will definitely be renting from this company again, though hopefully next time we can get a ground floor room! It was such a pleasure and so relaxing! Thank you so much!

Great location!
Love vacationing at NPI and staying at the Beach Club makes it even better! Less than a two minute walk to the beach and this unit was super clean, was located on the third floor so the views were nice too.

We really enjoyed the property. It was very clean and whoever stocked the kitchen with cookware did a good job. There are some renovations going on in the hallways/stairwells. It was very moldy and it did smell a little. I have bad allergies. It wasn't enough to bother my allergies but it bothered my boyfriend. There was not a hairdryer and some things need some maintenance. The toilet kept running and was wobbling. We were able to fix the water running but the insides really need to be replaced and it needs a new wax ring. Overall, it was a nice stay for the price.

Nice but some issues
This is a great location. Close to the beach, easy to get to, and clean. There are several minor to medium issues that need attention and I think fixable. If they were fixed this would be a 4.5 star stay overall. Porch door won’t close properly, blinds covering the main room window are broken, porch railing stanchion is split about halfway down exposing all the bolts. Water leak appearing on the floor to the right of the clothes dryer, bed not triple sheeted as stated in listing, smell of mildew/standing water throughout, cutlery drawer will not open without forcing.

Decent stay
Once we arrived we found a few things that was broke. The pull out bed was broke, so the couch was not usable and the pantry door was loose. These are simple fixes but wasn't fixed at that time. Other than the broken things we found the location and the actual apartment was overall good. The outside door to the patio sticks alot so you have to shut kind of harder for it to close.

Cute condo inside however the carpets in hallways are in need of cleaning. Stairs are very steep and seem unsafe for elderly or small children. Designated "pet area" had so many stickers. I'd stay here again but request first floor unit and not bring any pets.

When we arrived the instructions for entry into the suite were inaccurate. Also the instructions for the entry key for the pool/fitness center were wrong too. After bothering the HOA secretary we got the phone contact for help. We had tried the 1 800 but it was no help at all. At the end they did give us a small refund.

This property was in a great location, was clean, & was priced well. The only issue we had was the manager of the condos chose to close the pool an hour early; so we didn’t get to enjoy it during the time we had wanted. I spoke to a rep & she kindly gave us a partial refund to make up for it. I would stay here again! :)

The only complaint I have is wanted to go to the pool the gate that is in view was broken and didn't see the sign that told you where to go so asked the lady in the office she was very rude to me for not seeing the sign so part my fault but no reason to be so rude

Good appearance, lackluster cleanliness.
The overall appearance was great, and the apartment itself was nice. However, we found several ticks inside the apartment, a few spiders and the sheets had several yellow spots on them. These aspects were very off putting. Other than these items, the dwelling was acceptable and well accommodating.

Perfect condo, very close to Whitecap Beach, awesome views!
This condo was super cute and updated with nice furniture and beach decor. I read a review where someone talked about the 3rd story balcony view, and we were more than pleasantly surprised with this feature of the condo. My best friend and our two dogs hung out and watched the beautiful sunsets from there both nights of our stay. This condo is literally the next street after the Whitecap Beach access road. We had everything we needed and check in and out was so easy with the lock box outside the door of the condo. I found it to be a little expensive, but considering everything you get with it, I was able to get past that. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for allowing pets! We love our fur babies!

Unresolved issue
The unit itself was very clean and well stocked but there is to-date an unresolved issue I encountered on the second or third day of my stay that involved an overwhelming chemical smell I believe came from the unit next door in which a worker had perhaps used some kind of sealant or caulk as I heard him working there. I reported it immediately and nothing was ever done nor have I been offered a refund of any kind. Even though this VRBO is the current trend and make booking very convenient, the fact is, a property management co in Portland can't possibly handle a listing so far away.
