On the 1st floor you will find 1 of 2 primary suites. Step outside and you will find a large covered patio and a lush green space. Perfect for those who want to enjoy the beautiful weather from the comfort of their own home! Upstairs you will find an open concept kitchen & living space that opens up onto the deck where you can watch the ships come in! The 2nd master bedroom & bath is off the main living area. There is also a guest bedroom & bathroom located on the second floor. This property will allow ONE dog. Las Palmeras has a resort-style pool that will make you feel like you are on "Island Time" all the time! There is parking for 3 standard size vehicles. No garage parking available. Boats, trailers, and street parking is not allowed per the HOA.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A two-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
