I didn’t like that they said breakfast and it was just a muffin and coffee. They’re were multiple things that I will not say but they need to improve and as well change the details of description of their site.

Pet friendly, quick easy check in, room smelled bad, had wet areas of the carpet, had to ask for each piece of the pullout bedding separately ( sheet, pillow, blanket), morning breakfast was limited to small packaged muffins, instant oatmeal and coffee, check out was quick and easy.

Pretty good for the price. The room was overall clean and decent. We got a room with a pull out couch, but didn't use it because the mattress was kinda grungy. That could use some attention. The door to the pool area slammed loudly every time someone went out, the anti-slam mechanism could use an update.

Melanie went above and beyond to make us comfortable with our room needing a second bed. The staff is very nice. The coffee bar is good. I felt safe. It was convenient.

I was very impressed with this hotel. I was excited about having the kitchen area in our room. The fridge was a great size as well. There was plenty of space to just relax. I appreciated having 2 beds and a sofa bed. Everyone had a spot. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room very old and outdated. No sheets pillows or blanket for sleeper sofa.Sheets and blankets on bed were stained. Carpet, refrigerator in kitchenette, counters, toilet was dirty. Toilet seat broken, screws on back of toilet were loose, so seat moved. German roaches in bath room and adult one on one of the beds. THE BED!!?? Pool was nasty. Pool wasn't cleaned, leaves and debris floating on top and bottom of Pool. Someone should be checking ph-at very least. Parking lot had very shady people and parking very limited. Weed smell and drug deals on going on property. Also with all the bad things going on the hotel has the audacity to charge deposit for kitchenette supplies? Will not stay here EVER AGAIN. Stay America suites, in my head will be synonymous with AWFUL PLACE TO STAY from this experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This property was gross. We found 2 cockroaches on night 1, and the sheets were dirty. When we asked for the bedding for the pull out couch, it was a waded up mess so unclear if it was even clean or just being reused at that point. Staff was nice but property was nasty. Do not recommend staying here. We even checked out after our first night and found somewhere else to stay for the rest of our 5 night stay as it was so bad we couldn’t remain there.

There was nothing to like..upon entry it was dirty and musty. I wanted to ask if i could vacuum. The whole entire place needed cleaning..ALL THE FLOORS WERE DIRTY WITH TRASH, TRASH CANS FULL. i wouldnt dare eat ehatever rhe breakfast may have been just seeing how dirty the rest of the place was. AND THERE WERE FLEAS!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN MFERS!

The people upstairs where horribly loud all night. The front desk talked to them, but the noise never stopped. There were also roaches in my room. The back of the bathroom door was disgusting. The staff was really great but the hotel overall was nasty.

First room we were assigned the sheets were dirty so we got moved then there were roaches in the bathroom of the second room and then we were moved once again and just did not enjoy the stay at All. Couldn’t find a luggage cart to load stuff so had to carry it ourselves and just wasn’t a good stay at all

Worst hotel I ever stayed in. First they didn't have a room available they had to clean one even though the room was signed off clean. Had to wait almost 4 hrs to get a blanket and sheets for the sofa bed. Didn't have fresh towels available either. There was a lot of illegal activity going on outside and inside the hotel....seen cops there a couple of times. Had to buy our own dishes as well as silverware because they were charging for theres. Took my family swimming and the back entrance/exit didn't even work with your room card. Found sexual things right underneath the bed and the room wasn't even vacuumed or swept. The only thing that was good was the employee named Melanie tried her best to accommodate our needs. She eventually got the blanket and pillow for the sofa bed. She has really good customer service. As far as the rest of the employees......not good service at all. I promise I will never stay here again and I don't even know how they are still open... SMH

The staff was friendly but when we got to our room, the first thing we noticed was that there was blood on both of the beds. No shower curtain in the bathroom and a big COCKROACH near the table in the. We were traveling our 3 month old baby. That is absolutely disgusting, unsanitary and unacceptable!!

Checking in there was a black widow on the wall. When we got to the room there was empty water bottles behind the lamps, when you would sit at the end of the bed the whole bed would go up. Later on that night we started seeing roaches and they couldn’t move us to another room.
