Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Came to Port A for a family gathering. The room was large enough to accommodate four adults and four children comfortably. with plenty of room for company. Easy access to the beach and the third floor had a wonderful view of the beach and the water. The staff was helpful in setting up the reservation and helping adjust as changes needed to be made. Overall a wonderful stay.

Wonderful location and view! Overall a nice place and would recommend. Only downfalls were that we struggled to get answers back on check in and took multiple calls to resolve; we also found moldy year old food on top of fridge but rest of unit was clean. Game room and pool.were a great addition.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property! It was exactly as shown, a perfect location to the beach, a wonderful view, and easy to navigate into town for supplies and meals! In addition, the pool is fantastic with a view of the ocean from the deck - best of both worlds!! We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, family oriented Port Aransas getaway!

My wife and I were very pleased with the property. It matches the listing very accurately. This condo looks out at 180 degree view of the ocean, and a great place to watch sunrises. The check-in and check-out process is smooth and connection to wifi is quite easy. The internet connection is good. It's a great property and we recommend it when you want to hit the beach. And having gone in September, the beach was practically empty. Recommend highly!

The first time we came here was just me and my husband, it was on October 27th our anniversary is on October 16th same day as my birthday,but we were able to get away because I had just recently lost my brother. Nice view from the porch (which is closed) and the pool. Good walk over beach and short drive to a beach access point for a vehicle. Need car or golf cart to get to restaurants.

Location was great & unit was clean. The pool area & game room are a great bonus. If I had to give any criticism it would be to maybe add some gravel to parking spaces, they are really muddy. Also we couldn’t find (and we called management company) the gate code to use bathrooms/Locker rooms while we were using pool area.

The name says it all and the view was Amazing! The home was affordable, clean & well stocked with household items and the community was quiet, easy beach accessible, low key, had an amazing pool and was exactly what we needed for our no noise, peaceful evenings getaway. We plan to make this one of our top couple runaway destinations!

The only negative, is that the balcony door is extremely hard to open and close. We had the same issue last summer. The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is the balcony door.

The place was squeaky clean - could use some updates but we didn't go to Port A to stay inside. Relatively walkable to coffee and restaurants. Lost 1 star because there was an issue with our keypad and we were locked out for several hours - when we notified the office, they must've had a staff change and I don't think the messaging was relayed to follow up. It was eventually remedied and all in all we had a wonderful stay. Would definitely return!

The views from the condo across the marsh and to the beach are stunning. We also enjoyed the fact that (in July anyway) the balcony had shade most of the day. We had fun in the communal game room and at the pool. Only issue was the barbecue pits were all located in standing water so we were unable to use them. We cooked in the condo instead. We had one maintenance issue during our stay (our fault) and someone came out right away on Friday night to fix it. We definitely recommend this condo and will stay there again!
