Love This Place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been coming to Gulfstream for the past several years, we love our time here. The booking and check in process is always smooth and easy. The rooms are always clean. The pool area is always clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s just a nice, relaxing, fun atmosphere! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was large enough for our family of five to sleep comfortably. The unit was awesome and we especially appreciated the beach towels and other amenities that were provided. The pool area was nice and we made good use of the gas grills out there. Unfortunately, there were a few blips that caused me to lessen the score. We paid extra and were looking forward to having a beachfront view, but there was a huge pile of sand blocking about half of it, and the next-door condo. which we had reserved for family, had the same problem.There was a strange beeping noise coming from the other next-door unit which continued for two full days. It sounded like an alarm of some sort.We notified the front desk on at least two occasions and nothing was done. It was still beeping when we checked out. My grandson said he could hear it all night as he was sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room.The lady with the long brown hair at the front desk was not very friendly or helpful when asked the simplest questions. She pushed back when we asked for a key to the patio door, which was on the ground floor. She said she had never heard of such a thing. It was only after I insisted politely because I had read it on the website that she asked someone else. She gave me a key, but unfortunately, it didn’t work on that door.All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and we would definitely return in the future if the opportunity comes up.
