    The Palace is designed for large groups of friends or family seeking unparalleled quality, luxury and comfort in a 7,554 sq ft, 4-story home with an elevator, a heated salt water pool & spa, 5 Master Bedrooms, 2 bunk rooms and a 3rd floor main gathering area with a bar, pool table game room, living room and outdoor decks with stunning views.

    With four living rooms to choose from, guests can spread out or gather together in the 3rd floor Great Room where the kitchen is equipped with a massive granite bar with seating for 10, a dining table with seating for 10, a large living area with a fireplace and 85" TV.

    All bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms are spacious, elegant and comfortable with premium bedding and linens.

    The entire 4th floor is a Penthouse Master Suite with tremendous views of the Gulf, the Bay, sunrises and sunsets, the golf course and more. This suite has a comfortable living room, two outdoor decks and large bath room with double vanities, a shower and a jetted tub.

    The Palace is Palmilla's tallest luxury home which maximizes the views of the Gulf and Bay as well as the golf course and a fresh water lake teeming with dozens of species of local and migratory birds.

    Everything in the home was designed to be the "best of the best" from the sub-zero and Wolf appliances, to the large and comfortable rooms, soaring ceilings, stunning views, high-speed WIFI and HD Sony TVs..

    A private 6-seat GOLF CART with a blue tooth sound system is included in the rental and provides convenient access to the Resort Amenities, the beach and the City of Port Aransas.

    The on-site private salt water pool and hot tub area is resort quality and offers a private alternative the large community pool which is about 100 yards from the Palace. A large gas BBQ grill is included as well.

    Palmilla Resort offers guests beach services including private chairs, umbrellas and air conditioned bathrooms. The community Pool & Guest Services are about 100 yards from the PALACE. The golf pro shop, Black Marlin restaurant and the new fitness center are also close by.

    Luxury and Convenience in Port A's only golf/beach resort. It simply does not get better than "The PALACE at Palmilla".

Somehow the house is bigger in person! Fabulous stay with plenty of accommodations and considerate touches (lots of cooking tools, thick toilet paper, laundry on multiple floors, etc.) Beach was so close and the pools were great. Highly recommend.

The house was clean. The host was very responsive. The house is well stocked with all the amenities. We had an amazing time with our family and friends. Memories were made!!!! Ohhhh and the view of the ocean and pond was amazing! Definitely recommend it!

Susan, the manager, is always a phone call away., so we know if anything arises she will take care of it. Everything in the house is perfect and is so welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked. It has the perfect dining / living area for conversation and games. Susan does a great job and know we can expect everything to be ready on time and with every detail taken care of.I highly recommend this property ‼

WOW, WOW, WOW. Just back from a great time at the Palace! The house is simply amazing! We had 15 adults and kids, family with its own bath and bedroom and extra's to spare. Susan, our host on site was fantastic. Provided recommendations of activities and things to do, was very quick to respond if we had a question. The area is super, pool at house is just right, covered in the event of rain or wind and the resort pool was close by. Of course the beach was very close and such fun. Would recommend to any family or group who wants to relax and have a super time. Our little kids cried when we had to leave, they were having such a good time.....

We had a great stay at the Palace! The house and views were stunning, the neighborhood and it's amenities were awesome. The pictures don't do it justice. We were 6 adults and 9 kids ages 5-18 and there was a place for everyone. Helen and Susan were super responsive and great to work with.

This is our second year staying at this residence which indicates how satisfied we are with the property! The house is immaculate and everything is in great working order! The use of a new golf cart enhances the experience. We love that the house is very close to the beach access and also has a large capacity elevator. The checkin process was very efficient. Even though this was our second visit to the property, Susan, the house manager, greeted us when we arrived to insure that any new issues we might have was promptly addressed. Communications during our entire stay were excellect with any questions we had quickly answered. The house is very well equipped with everything needed for a FANTASTIC family vacation. Everyone enjoyed playing and relaxing at the pool after a glorious time spent at the beach. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay so much that we have already booked the property AGAIN for NEXT YEAR! The house and host are truly amazing!

This house is perfection. Plenty of room with several conversation areas for different groups, ie. kids have their own areas to be kids. Rooms were all stocked with essentials, as well as the kitchen. The pool and hot tub were great, but having a community pool as well was fabulous. The community was adorable and it was so easy to get to the beach with the included golf cart. Susan was the house manager and I cannot say enough good things about her. She went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.

The property itself is excellent in every respect...spacious, well appointed, maintained well, located with magnificent beach views. Susan met us at the property, explained all the finer details of operating the audio and Wi-Fi systems, etc. This was our 2nd year here and among all the properties we have visited across the US and Canada, this property and the management/host were the best we've every encountered. We look forward happily to returning.

Amazing time

This house always checks all the boxes for our family. Our second stay here and look forward to the next. The home owners and host are always very accommodating and ensure we have a great stay. Very relaxing from the time we get there until we leave.
