We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is nicely decorated and furnished. It’s far enough from the busy streets of town and just minutes from the beach. We look forward to visiting again.

We were very impressed with all aspects of the property and would stay again. The descriptions and images were accurate and the house and was even better than expected. All appliances and AC were great, all the kitchen items you would need, so many towels, outdoor shower etc.

Perfect little rental. Right next to the boardwalk for easy access to the beach. The house was well stocked with everything you need and you can hear the waves from your bed. We had a minor issue with the TV (wasn’t plugged in. My bad) and they came right away and fixed it/plugged it in. We will be back.

We had a great time at the beach. We could walk directly out onto our own boardwalk to the beach. Close to town, shops, restaurants, etc. The master bed was very comfortable. Glad we were able to bring our dogs!

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was so nice and so close to the beach it was great to access. My only concern is for any dog people. There ia very little good grass to walk dogs as hard stickers are everywhere. Loved hearing the ocean and breeze & views from deck.

This is my second stay at LP8. The tiny neighborhood is perfect, the walkway to the beach is right next to the house and the house is delightful. Clean as can be, comfy beds, TVs in every room, great deck on the back and an underneath parking and patio area. I always try to stay in this house when I go to Port A. It’s perfect!

Overall a good experience. House was nice. There were a view rotten boards and items that weren’t the mostly toddler friendly on the deck under. But the staff and host were great and so was the location.

due to weather we wanted to stay over and extra day and had no problem doing so. Because of continuing rain we had to spend a lot of time in the house. It was very comfortable We will stay here again with hopefully a lot better weather!

Property was very convenient to the beach as well as Port A! The home was very nice! The only problem we had was figuring out how to turn on the TV (to watch the weather) and a few times to connect to the internet! There are a few updates that could be made, but it was clean and had a wonderful amount of supplies to get started and plenty for just a weekend stay! Will definitely stay again!

This property exceeded my expectations. It wasn't formal and fussy, but felt like visiting a family member's home. Rooms were comfortable and laid out well. Kitchen was very well equiped. There were lots of beach towels. boogie boards, chairs, and even dog toys. Absolutely a joy. The boardwalk to the beach was right out the front door and the drive (if we wanted to take the more stuff) was only a block away.. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

House was clean and beautiful. It is a little older but very well taken care of. Lots of little amenities, beach towels, washer / dryer, and stuff like that there are not at a lot of rentals. It is a great location, quiet and secluded yet very close to beach and other areas to do things. Highly recommend.

The beach amenities below house were sub par for a vacation beach house. Grill was corroded and only two burners worked. Spicket for water house handle was broken. Outside shower was unusable. Water handle to adjust flow was broken. Inside of house: Sheets/Blankets were dirty. Floor was unswept with a lot of sand. Air conditioning registers in living area dripping water. Dryer was not drying towels. Had to set cycle two to three times. Very dissatisfied and we drove from Chicago. Called in to check out on last day and stated the above. They mentioned that why did I not call. With the numerous things that I mentioned that there was never a proper preinspection of the property not to have known all issues. Will never use again.
