We Could Sea Forever

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea Forever was even better than described. This home was vast and so comfortable with plenty of space for my 7 grandchildren and all 8 adults. Having full baths in each of the 5 bedrooms also gave a wonderful element of privacy for each couple. I will rent this house again!

Beautiful house - maintenance issues

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the beautiful and spacious home. Bedrooms were great - especially the master! Living and kitchen areas were superb!The first afternoon my husband and I were sitting on the outside swing on the rear porch. One of the cables broke and one side fell to the floor. Barely missed my daughter's foot! A maintenance man came and took the other side down and left it. No one came to fix or move the swing out of the way!The second day the elevator broke A maintenance man came and said he would call the elevator company. They never came! We rented the house because I have a granddaughter in a wheelchair. She was not able to come upstairs to the living area the rest of the trip!!!! This was very disappointing and upsetting to us all! It is a wonderful location and the house is perfect for a family get together but the maintenance issues need to be addressed!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was nice, but our main complaint and disappointment was that the main balcony on the second floor off the kitchen was unusable. The bird poo, heavy dirt and stains were everywhere and on everything. We could not sit on any outdoor furniture or use the outdoor dining table to eat on. Another issue was that we were not told before our stay that the outdoor swing was broken and when we called management to ask for assistance we were told it would not be fixable during our stay. We own a waterfront property and we know it’s hard to keep clean, but the outside was not cleaned prior to our arrival.
