    Our condo is located at The Aransas Princess Condominiums in Port Aransas, Texas. Port A is a charming and quaint beach town known for World Class fishing and miles of beautiful beaches! Have fun surfing, boogie boarding, beach combing or just enjoy a lazy day on the beach or by one of our 2 resort swimming pools. For more adventures - reserve a Bird or Dolphin excursion. Visit the local Art Galleries, boutique shops or the beachfront golf course next door. Younger kids love the Pirate Ship Cruise and the pirates will entertain while parents relax and watch. In the evening, the casual nightlife often offering live music is always fun! Golf carts can be rented and used all over the island. Reserve your beach vacation today!

    This Aransas Princess Condo Features:

    • Beachfront resort condominiums.

    • Two large swimming pools (Ramp access and lift chair available). Huge Jacuzzi, a private lighted boardwalk directly to the beach with 2 fresh water rinse station’s, protected against driving traffic beach area,

    • Our grounds are lush and well-kept. Enjoy playing shuffleboard, tennis courts and half-court basketball. Equipment is provided.

    • Watch the waves roll in, balcony views.

    • Master bedroom with King bed: Balcony access, Remote controlled ceiling fan/lights, TV, Luxury bed and bedding, Master bathroom, Private toilet, Walk-in Shower.

    • Second bedroom: Queen and full size beds. Comfortable pillow top mattresses. Smart TV, walk-in closet and remote controlled ceiling fan/light.

    • Second Bathroom: tub/shower combo.

    • Open concept living room and dining room. Seating for 8.

    • Full size washer and dryer with provided laundry supplies.

    • Well-appointed kitchen includes dishes, pots & pans, utensils, baking dishes, serving dishes- lots of extras. Plus, Coffee pot (filters/coffee/packaged sweeteners, creamer provided), Plus, A Keurig (bring your own pods). Paper towels, wrapped kitchen sponge and cleaning products supplied.

The photos Don’t do it justice. The location was perfect walking distance to The beach. The entire facility was cleaned and staff was friendly. Would definitely do this again at this location.

Family vacation

The property was clean, super comfortable beds with everything you would need. Communication with the property manager was slow but we got help at the front desk for anything we needed. They were very nice, helpful and courteous. I would recommend this place.

This property is exactly what the listing describes! Fantastic view of the pool and ocean from the balcony and even inside. Fun celebration

I have been spending time in PA since I was very small. I just love the town and all that it has to offer. I have stayed all up and down the beach through the years. I picked this condo and am very glad that I did! The location was perfect. The unit was ideal for us and provided everything that we could possibly need or want. I will come back very soon.

Fantastic Girls Weekend

The listing for this condo was spot on! Everything was perfect - the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and helpful even at 11pm because of our late check in. The property was well maintained and we enjoyed both pools. There were 5 adult ladies in our group and there was plenty of space. The view from the balcony was beautiful and it was a short golf cart ride to the beach. We definitely give this condo 2 thumbs up and 5 stars!!! Thank you :)

Nice Getaway

The condo is exactly as the photos! Immaculate kitchen and bathrooms; soft comfortable beds; relaxing living room furniture and balcony with great ocean views. Perfect space for a small family or two couples, and the onsite amenities make this a great find. Only negative during our stay was the ongoing restorative construction to the exterior brick of the entire property as well as the boardwalk to the beach. We could have done without the early morning construction noise, but that's the downside of renting in the off-season. The vehicle beach access road right next door to the property made these negatives less bothersome. Overall, it was an excellent stay and we will keep this property in mind when looking for a future rental in Port A!
