I really enjoyed my stay. Beautiful kitchen, great amenities. The only downsides, the kitchen knives were in very poor condition, and the dryer threw a fault code, but aside from that. Really enjoyed the unit, would gladly book it again.

Great beach location

We enjoyed the condo - very cute and comfortable. The location was a very short walk to the beach in a safe neighborhood. The pool was really nice with a good lay out deck. The balcony could use an update, but overall it was wonderful!

Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Pool was great, walking distance down the pathway to Whitecap beach. Dishwasher needs to be properly cleaned but that was our only complaint. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for short weekend at beach

Clean comfy beds, felt safe, nice path to beach, good pool. Cute decorations and clean furniture and bathrooms. Couldn’t get tv to connect to internet to watch anything and birds perching in stairwell was a little messy but would stay here again for sure!

Great condo by the beach

Great property in an ideal location for our family trip. The condo was clean and well-organized. Complex was a few hundred yards from a private beach and there was a pool onsite. Location was within 30 minutes of major Corpus Christi family attractions (aquarium, museums, etc.). We would stay there again.

The inside was updated and had a modern look. It’s right next to the pool and short walk to the beach. Sheets and towels were all very clean. The washer and dryer came in handy as we were there Tues-Friday so I didn’t have to take home any wet dirty clothes. There is a coffee maker and Kuerig, just bring your own coffee.

1st time to the Area

Great location .. just a short walk to the ocean. Quiet location .. maybe a little more lighting to accommodate the short walk around the side of the building to the entrance. Condo appeared to be very clean upon arrival but after a bit you could tell it needed a good corner to corner scrubbing, including walls, but overall good. Cooking Utensils are sparse but workable. Most places we stay have a Guest Book and/or book that includes info on local food, highlights, attractions, etc. .. I would suggest adding that to this condo. We had a problem with no Cable or TV for our stay, which management compensated for; However, when we contacted the cable company on our 1st night, trying to get it to work, they said management just needed to call them with the ok to come in and replace the modem, but we couldn't get that to happen .. not that we were home watching TV all day on vacay but it did rain several days so a working TV in the evening to watch a movie would have been nice, not to mention the use of wifi instead of having to max out our phone data. I would definitely stay again if the wifi has been fixed.

The condo was wonderful and cozy. It had a great view and quick access to the beach to watch the amazing sunrises. The only thing that was missing was beach chairs. However we purchased two folding chairs and left them in the closet for future guests to use!
