Built in 2018, this single-story home sits just about a mile from the center of Rockport. Enjoy easy access to Rockport Harbor, Rockport Center for the Arts, and Rockport Beach on Aransas Bay, all within two miles.

After a fun-filled day of fishing, swimming, or boating, come home to unwind in the shade of the covered front porch. With casual outdoor furnishings and a high-top table, it's the perfect spot for afternoon card games and cold drinks at golden hour.

Inside, the house is open, breezy, and modern, with a bank of windows and glass doors framing the trees outside. Enjoy a sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a windowside dining space, and a comfortable living room with a smart TV. A stacked washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are on hand as well.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
