Beds are very comfortable and everything was very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Baytree is best place to stay in port aransas and can’t wait to book our next trip.

Easy check-in, condo was very clean and well supplied for the week. The big side by side refrigerator was nice for holding a week's worth of groceries! The air conditioners worked great. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay! Everything was ready for us when we arrived! The close proximity to the beach/jetty and restaurants was fantastic! My only problem was the dryer. Maybe it's just the humid climate, but it took forever to get a load of clothes dry! However, we would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was clean easy parking, well maintained grounds. The unit was spacious - different than pictures as table was smaller and round vs rectangular, the chase lounge was not it unit. Deck was nice - all bedrooms were accessed through tight spiral stair case on 3rd floor - never stayed at bay tree prior so was unaware that fact - the checkin checkout was super easy with phone. No views of channel or ocean from this unit
